The owner Alex there is wonderful hes so friendly whenever I go in. But besides that the staff is awful. There is one gentlemen who completely ignored me last time I was in there. He was standing at the counter as I waited (the only person standing there mind you) and kept walking away and talking to other customers. Then the cook came out and ran a card for the man behind me without even looking at me or saying a word. Theres a waitress in there thats been there forever and shes just as bad. She has an attitude about anything you ask and Im pretty sure shes incapable of smiling. Ill pick up food from there but thats about all the time I want to spend anymore.

From the instant I walked in I could tell there was going to be rude service. The waiter sat us down at a booth, but soon after she rushed us to make an order. It was after my order was placed that I was neglected the whole time. I had ordered blueberry pancakes and probably only two blueberries were used and you couldnt even taste them as blueberries. As I was leaving I had asked for separate checks, but it seemed to be too much work for the waiter because she huffed and did it in an agitated manner. Horrible service, food was some what decent. Find another dinner in the area, Im sure youll get better.

Went in January, my wife and I had to keep our coats on,cold inside.had some vegatable soup, tasted like canned I eat at home and it was barley even warm.Had meatloaf dinner,mashed potatoes were instant and believe itor not were sticking to the plate,vegtable was salad and it was about a leaf and a half spread arond a large flat plate. My wife had corned beef and cabbage and said the meat was like shoe leather, that meal usually comes with potatoes and carrots,,,no carrots. We will never stop here again even though the pace was very clean and wait staff was fast.

I am surprised by all the negative reviews. My family and I are here a couple times a month, and have never been disappointed. It is hearty food at great prices. You can get a nice cheeseburg and fries for about six bucks. Breakfast is $5. Good homemade custards and puddings, great homemade soups every day. Love the clam chowder. Give it a try and you will be pleased.

This is the first review I have ever written. Just horrible. Unless you enjoy a cold meal and a staff members that feel they need to on their cell phones rather than work. We were ignored once our meal was delivered. I guess Facebook is more interesting than customer service. Rude service overall except for an older waitress who was not even attending us.

I have been coming to this Diner since I am a little boy. Food here is always good. They have a huge menu with lots of great choices. The best part of the diner however is the hometown feel and the great service. The staff are super friendly and they get to know their customers.

Unexceptable customer service. Harrassed by waitresses on where to sit when we were the only customers in the diner. Hostile because we chose to sit next to window. Owner had no remorse on staff bad attitude. Will never go back!

Bad Philly steaks cheese there tried twice and now rating they are horrible but the soup is really good there lemon Ade is usually good but this last time it was like they forgot got the sugar .
