I have been going to Bella Roma in Coram since the 1980s. They still cant get my order right and tonight the idiot that answered the phone says "Well things happen!" Are you serious??? You must go to Gias in Medford. Their pizza is superb and the customer service is excellent. They are definitely #1. If I cant have Gias, I will NOT eat pizza. The brats told me to call Bella Roma against my better judgement. IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!!

This place is the worst how I order pizza and a salad an hour ago and never got my delivery I called them and they tell me that the guy forgot my salad but he got my pizza then they called me back a half an hour later again that the guy got Rob if I still want my food poor customer service what kind of pizza stores this I would never rip them and nobody to come here

There are only two places on Long Island Ill regularly order pizza from and theyre both *AMAZING*: Francescas of Hampton Bays and Bella Roma of Coram. Great food, friendly staff and reasonable pricing - what more could you ask for? I highly recommend their specially slices (chicken bacon ranch and barbecue in particular!), theyre VERY filling and quite yummy!

The pizza was some of the best in New York. The ingredients fresh and the sauce delicious. Try the shrimp parmigian absolutely the amazing. The portions are large, top shelf and priced for a family. The service warm and friendly. The owner came by twice to ask us if he can do anything for us. Family owned and operated. Amazing! I can wait to go back.

Great staff, great food. An employee by the name of MATT FIORE was patient and polite while helping me. He constantly used manners and referred to me with the utmost respect, I can honestly say I was impressed. Above average service such as this is really beginning to have a positive influence on Bella Romas reputation within the community.

Phoned in order and gave them extra time to make it. I waited and waited and waited. Vowed never to go back. They even offered me free food, said no thanks and never went back. There are other and better pizza restaurants than this one and be abused. Bella Maria, Matts pizza to name a few.

Great Pizza & Food , I want to rate it 5 stars but the location is kinda in a bad spot & I love the owners , they are so passionate & long time owners . They seriously dont make them like these guys anymore.

Sicilian was ok. Staff was aloof which, in some moods, can be better than them crawling all over you. For the cost, I would have rather gone to Matts, but hey, when in "Roma"...

Bella Roma is my favorite Long Island pizza. I grew up in Coram and we always had their pizza. 15 years later and I still eat there whenever Im back on the Island.

Very nice italian restaurant. They can make very nice Carbonara pasta if you ask, though it is not on menu. Pesto pasta is also great. I highly recommend them.
