The food is delicious; however the customer service is not the best. The few times Ive been there, Ive encountered this young man in charge of the orders and he could neither make eye contact with me nor make a conversation. When I asked him questions about the food or their credit card machine that never seem to work, he was very rude. I mean do not be behind the counter if you cant be polite and be courteous to customers. Overall, the food is great and is in fact the reason why I keep returning there.

The food is Great and always Fresh and theyre very accommodating to making special orders the location is perfect the staff is very friendly and the young man taking the order is always friendly/shy never rude I always enjoy the food and service ps its a great place to bring your girlfriends to relax eat and listen to some enjoyable reggae music

When this place first opened the food was good. But it changed owners and the food is not so good but the customer service is horrible. This young kid who says he owns the place is the worst. Disrespectful and no manners. I will NOT be going back there. I do not recommend this place.

I have been to several Jamaican restaurants on long Island . Learning the different types of food and have to say the food was very good. Price was very reasonable. The service was good! I will be eating here more often!

Food is very delicious and hits close to home. This is the only carribeann food restaurant this is set up like Bodega style. The food is ready and always hot. Yes the young man rude at times but the food makes up for it.
