Being Jamaican, Im very critical of all Caribbean restaurants but this one held its own. The menu is pretty standard: oxtails, various curry and jerk dishes and of course beef patties. The patties werent all that tasty tbh. Cleanliness and overall location leaves a lot to be desired but I still thinks this is the best Jamaican food east of Nicholls Rd.

Real Jamaican Cuisine.. The atmosphere and the people are so sweet and well mannered. Always doing there best to make sure each and every customer is well satisfied... So if your paying thru Coram and want real raw born Jamaican treat stop at Tata Jamaican Roots Restaurant. I Guarantee you will not be disappointed!!!
