Well glory be. We finally had a chance to try your new establishment along the river. The river needs some work. The deck was a blast today. The service was outstanding. Now to the food. Holy s--it. We both had the blackened tuna tacos recommended by our server, 5 star. You know I, we are semi reg at AJS ……At, 42, tavern, the menu was totally not AJs.,,, Great call. One addition would be the mussels and chorizo.Me, Being a total whiner..Good luck. Lets play golf , We saw you drive out of the parking lot twice just in the time we were there. As your handicap gets higher no more strokes. Good luck with to both of you. Great place.

Food was amazing. Atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. All in all the place was great. Air was a comfortable temperature for dining. There were plenty of tvs to keep your attention for when your date goes to the bathroom but they didnt take over the experience. The menue size was also perfect. What I appreciated most was the quality and amount of food. High quality, large amounts and great price. Only thing to complain about is the popcorn they serve had a spicy BBQ seasoning on it and we got that b4 our drinks.

awful experience, sat at bar and was told we have to be on a list. menus were taken from us. would not give those nazis a red cent. many more quality places to go to that dont treat customers like trash. Im embarrassed to have brought friends there. horrible. one star only because it wont let me post zero or negative stars.

Wait staff was very helpful and attentive but the owner/manager lacks major social skills and the ability to be polite. He will drive this potentially decent establishment straight into the ground where his attitude belongs. I will be spreading the word all around Southington/Plantsville so people dont support this business.

First time here tonight - Burgers were delicious, ambiance was cozy and service was great - a perfect feel for a tavern. The drinks were overpriced for the size and the coleslaw had more vinegar than I liked but overall we had an enjoyable dinner.

Very disappointing,the Texas Chili was clod,the chppoed salad was very bland,the desert was suppose to be a cannoly pie was more like a cookie.I asked for bread,the answer was they do not serve bread on the table,they have popcorn.

Great service. Portions were huge. Burger was awesome, salad fantastic, but the baby back ribs werent very good. Improperly prepared and the sauce was more like a marinara sauce than any BBQ Ive ever tasted.

Stopped in on a whim while headed to a different restaurant. Inviting, cozy atmosphere inside and out. Menu has a great variety of options. GREAT beer selection. Will absolutely visit again

Pretty extensive beer list and amazing burgers. Sit in the main dining room for the atmosphere, the side room if you want a quieter (more kid-friendly) experience.
