After reading the wonder reviews on Section 5 Pizza, I decided to give this restaurant a try. I placed my order around 6 pm on a Friday evening. I was told that my order would arrive in 25 minutes. After about 45 minutes I called to inquire about my delivery. A girl answered the phone with an extremely rude attitude as if I was being a huge inconvenience to her. I asked if my delivery left yet and she said no. I told her that I was advised 25 minutes. She laughed and told me that orders typically take about 35 minutes. I then told her that regardless of 25 minutes or 35 minutes.. the fact was that 45 minutes had passed. She then told me to wait another 15 minutes. After ANOTHER 35 minutes had passed I called back to inquire again about my order. She then told me that it was Friday night and busy. She then put the manager on the phone who told me 10 more minutes. After another 35 minutes had passed, I called back again and was told that the delivery just left. After another 20 minutes, I called back again and was told the deliver guy was delivering in the order of the buildings he had to deliver to. I told the manager that it was not fair to me as the consumer to have to wait this long . They did not seem to care. After OVER TWO HOURS had passed, I finally received my COLD pizza. The crust was too thick and doughy and I found the sauce to be too sweet. I was not impressed. I do not recommend Section 5 Pizza... especially if you are hungry because you will wait a very long time.

This place is great love eating here and ordering, i left to live in manhattan a few years ago and was so excited to move back, this place being one of the main reasons. Nice staff, they work quick, they do as you ask, and theyre all funny guys. Also there pizza is the real deal pizza, this place could be famous if they were to have some special things to stand out more.

Make sure guys count the inches of your your pie one day i get 18 other day i get 16inch . Look at the bottom of ur box and u will be able to tell how many inches. I always get large pie

Been coming here for years. Staff is always extra nice. Only one small issue, when you go in for table service sometimes it gets so busy and the one waiter may forget about you.

Good spot for a quick bite to eat. Pizza, etc. Miss the old owners! The new ones are ok though. They cant seem to keep the same staff from week to week!
