This place has changed, and not for the better. I was going to that place since I moved in NR. I went there a few months ago and ordered the special. You know good pizza when you taste it. However, the taste was different. Too much grease where I could not even hold up the pizza. The taste was different. I said to myself, maybe this was just a bad batch. I went about a few weeks ago and still, just not the same. Italian people used to own the place I believe. Now, it is all Spanish people. Not to compare, but when it comes to certain cuisines, you want certain ethnic groups running it. Thats like going to a Chinese place that is now owned by Chinese people or going to a Jamaican restaurant thats owned by Caucasians. It just does not work. Food tastes different and we as customers are used to a certain type of taste. I will not be coming here anymore. Even my family members commented about the changes here and has since gone elsewhere. Cannot cheat customers thinking we will not find out. The Bronx is never far away for a good slice. Or perhaps other pizza places in Westchester. Plus, they are very subtle because their prices have jumped too. Which is why everytime I go somewhere I am familiar, I always grab a menu to see if there are any price differences. Each of the items on the A No 1 Menu increased by $0.50 to $0.75. Look very closely.

Ruined my order last night. 2/23/17 It was about 11pm when i ordered over Grub Hub a pineapple calzone, hamburger, and a sprite. Got a call from the restaurant stating that there was no provolone cheese. i said "that is fine, give me whatever". When the food arrives my order was completely wrong, the soda was not what i ordered. i dont know what the heck is Mist Twist. I received two calzones, so i called back to discuss what had happned. the gentleman over the phone was very rude. he was also adamant about me returning the other calzone in exchange for my hamburger. Im kinda salty that i couldnt keep it due to their incompetence. ...will not be ordering from them in the future

My boyfriend called one day and i asked them about 3 prices and 2 entrées and as we were asking these mofos hung up..My bf claimed i asked to many questions but even so they should have at least said sir we are very busy..NOW...THEIR FOOD TASTE LIKE HOT FEECES ON A HOT SUMMER DAY IN A CRACK HOUSE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SAHARA DESERT..AND ITS OVER PRICED..NOW FOR THEM TO BE RUDE ON TOP OF THAT IS COMPLETELY AND UDERLY UN EXPECTABLE. the only reason they remain open is bc they are the only ones that stay oped until 2 and theyre near a college.

Apparently people of color are not welcome. I used to go there often untill me and a friend of mine were being ignored. There is a guy there who has cateract in one eye, he did not want to take our order. My friend speaks Spanish and overheard they make a derogatory comment. I never go in there ever again. Thus was not the first time this happened.

I ordered my pizza and the person taking the order was rude and hung up on me twice because I was trying to explain my order. On top of that it took an hour and 15 min for my order to get here. Never again will I order here.

First off the delivery took more than an hour.The food is good, but the customer service sucks, they were so rude over the phone. They did not even have cucumbers and we ordered a salad.

I order here all the time and this isnt the first time they messed up, but this was wild foul. I placed an order and they Waited an 1hr till they closed to say they wont bring. Mad foul
