Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting in every manner. From entering the so called restaurant to finishing and leaving it was constant disappointment. The first thing you see when you enter is old crusty pizza sitting a dirty display. The pizza by the slice your supposed to buy from there looks like it was baked the morning the day before. This was the second time visiting this store. The first time was when it had newly opened, back then it was great with pizza makers and chefs that knew what they were doing and that cared about the customer. I dont know what happened but when I came in on Saturday May 10 at 9 pm, something had seriously gone ary. There was no hello or welcome and when we asked for a physical menu as to not break our necks staring at the tvs on the ceiling we were met with hostility and a "its right there above you how could you miss it." We finally ordered, 2 steak and cheese sandwiches and a charcoal grilled PANINI. Now I emphasize panini, because when the order came out all the 3 were orders were nastily mashed in these untoasted hoagie breads that were soggy and apparently "Italian loafs" according to the menu. The thing is though, the chicken panini also came in that bread. We told the kid that brought the food out that they got the order wrong and that it was the wrong bread. He goes to the kitchen, comes back with the same sandwich and says "the kitchen just said italian, panini, theyre the same." We were dumbfounded to say the least because even if they didnt have the panini bread they could have said "oh we ran out, sorry" instead of thinking were idiots that dont know the difference between breads. The second major shock was that their entire soda fountain was flat, absolutely no fizz whatsoever, and they let is purchase 2 drinks without warning us beforehand or bothering to fix the machine. We complained and they let us take bottles of soda instead bit they should have offered those before we went through the trouble of discovering their failures. Finally, the steak and cheese I was eating was disgusting. The steak was undercooked and filled with inedible fat knots, and as Im finishing the sandwich, I discover a hair within the sandwich. This is absolutely my last time ever visiting this restaurant. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever, not even my worst enemy.

This was the worst food ever!! I got the special that day. A seafood salad that was on iceberg lettuce that was chopped for tacos, no leafy greens, one peice of carrot and one peice of cabbage, and for the price I expect at least a leafy mix. The seafood on the salad was all chopped up and well, you couldnt even tell what it was. It all looked and tasted the same which was scary. My daughter said her pizza tasted funny and they wanted to replace it with another crappy slice from the same pie. My other daughter got spaghetti that took forever to come out and only because after 20 mins I had to ask where it was. When it did come out the sauce was watery and she said the noodles tasted like ramen noodles. As an Italian I was appalled. What a waste of money and time. We were so disappointed and will never go back. Dont waste your money.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unbelievably unprofessional customer service ... from the manager!! After getting our order wrong and completely forgetting to give my husband an entire sandwich (not noticed until he got home), I called to inform the manager of this (and that my husband was on his way back to get the sandwich). I asked for the money back. He told me "no need to get angry, I was already going to take care of him." (That was a bit insulting.) I asked if he could also please make a fresh sandwich (since it would be cold by the time it finally gets back to me after 45 min to an hour now). He told me he was going to void the entire transaction and for my husband NOT to BOTHER coming. Im stunned. This was he manager. Well, no problem - never going back there ever!

Used to be good. Sucks now. Recipe changed and the pizza tastes like dish detergent. Attitude is p&$$ poor. The guy drops a paper plate full of food on top of my pepparoni slice and it rips half the topping and cheese off the top. Now my slice of pepperoni pizza is just a bare slice of bread with no topping. The server points this out to me and apologizes and walks away! I had to go to the front counter to ask them to make another slice! Thats just one story. Plenty more to tell. Gave them too many chances. No more. PRO TIP: If you want to run a successful pizza place, dont let a soccer hooligan with a Mohawk and a bad attitude strut around the restaurant giving customers a hard time. And Im talking about THE MANAGER!

First time there--looked like a sit down restaurant to us. Had no idea what to do since there was no order here signage, and staff is rude and ignore you. They when they talk to you they act as if you are bothering them. No smiles, no welcome to our restaurant--we are happy to serve you. Nothing. The gentleman that entered the restaurant after us explained how it works. Shocked to see nobody wears gloves to prepare food items. Large glass window--watching man preparing the pizza dough with NO gloves on, then pause to scratch the side of his nose. Needless to say, I couldnt eat MY pizza. Will never return.

I cannot recommend this place. My orders have been wrong several times (missing items, wrong dressing, etc.) and their salad lettuce has been brown several times. The excuse when I returned a salad today was that the entire batch was bad - so even the replacement salad had brown lettuce. I gave them two stars only because the marinara is decent and I like their calzones. I also agree with other comments that the environment and staff are not welcoming. Several people from my office frequented this place a few years ago and have also commented on their decline in service and food quality.

Best pizza in Gainesville. The staff is always friendly and the service fast. Dont like the paper plates they bring to the table with the pizza - kinda ghetto for such new and clean restaurant. Theres a long counter where you can sit on stools and watch through a glass divider as they make your pizza from scratch. The crust and sauce are amazing. We like the large sausage (which is like a sliced sausage, not crumbles), pepperoni and jalapeno - which fills 3-4 people. Call-ins are ready in 15 minutes for pickup.

Before I used to come to this restaurant a whole lot, but one night as I was ordering my food i asked for a simple change in my order, the manager or whoever said no, I cant understand why, being a manager means to attend your costumers with respect, making sure the custumer is pleased with the service, but I was denied one little change because he didnt feel like doing it, one thing we are paying for the food it is not given to us for free, secondly learn how to treat your custumers! Very unperfessional -Gina

not sure what the raves are about. we ordered a pizza to go last night with artichokes, ham, olives, I think it is called "Amalfi". While it was edible, it was a disappointment, after seeing the other reviews. (which makes me wonder about the reviews) the artichoke hearts were cold and soupy, I think right out of a can without benefit of oven. the ham was pieces of pressed ham that also had not felt heat. We will not be back. I think it was the pressed ham that sealed the decision to write this review.
