HORRRIBLE Service! It took 30 minutes to get some of our drinks, then they were wrong and another 20 to get the rest of them for a party of 6. They brought EVERYONE else their food except mine and after asking repeatedly for 45 minutes and being told it should be right out, I was informed it was never put it. Then after speaking to the manager I finally got Half of my order and when asked about the other half he just looked at me and said what? By the time I got my food everyone else had finished their appetizers, meal and then some. When the other part of my meal came out I didnt even get to eat it because after waiting over 2 hours my kids were fussy from sitting for long and we just put it in a to go bag. Refills were non-existent, small things like cocktail sauce had to be requested at least 5 times before we got any. Never going back there again. We were never rude, yelled or condescending. Considering that it was horrible service I dont understand.

It was OK...I guess. Prices are frackin ridiculous, $13 for a beer and some disappointing tater tots . to tell the truth, im not sure if/when I will ever go back. The girls were pretty but, instead of Hooters, the place should probably b called something that references booty, which is perfectly fine with me since I like both equally... Honestly, the reason this place didnt get 1 star from me is because the girl working the bar (where I sat) was sweet, helpful, fun to talk to, awesome at her job, and since I was there with an attractive female friend I didnt have to deal with her trying to flirt a tip out of me and was actually able to have a decent conversation with both her and my friend. Attractive waitress wearing skimpy outfits is a great idea, but no matter how hot they are it just doesnt make up for the subpar food and ridiculous prices

Went for lunch with coworkers got sat fast one server took our drink orders and one our food and we never saw them again until about 40 mins later our food was out. The food was good but I had to ask 3 times for extra ranch and when I asked for a refill I got a different soda. When it came time for the checks we had to wait again and mine was wrong but at this point we were all late back to work so I didnt even bother. I know why people go to hooters but if youre really just trying to get something to eat I would not recommend there was literally only 2 other tables with people and 2 at the bar. When leaving I found all the staff 2 just talking to the manager and 2 in the front talking

Worst Hooters in America. I have been there about three times and have to say the first time was great, but after that it has been a complete disaster. The second time I went the wings sauce was not like it used to be, it seemed like the cook didnt care about a recipe. The third and final time I went the customer service was horrible not only for me, but my friends as well. It was so bad the manager was arguing with me (the customer). The argument was about them not taking our order (the drinks) until about 30 minutes later. To top it off the food was just as bad (either that or the service killed it for me). Overall I would never go back, even if it was free.

Ive been in town for three days, two of which Ive had dinner here. Both times can be chalked up as a not so pleasant experience. The first time our waitress was extremely rude and the second time there was a group of us that spent well over $300 simply trying to have a good time but was cut short due to the staff/managements attitudes. The majority of these employees mean well and are trying to make a living but personally think if thats the case they should look into switching careers.

Worst experience Ive ever had. A few friends and I decided to go to hooters for UFC 193. We waited about two hours to never be sat. Walk-ins were being sat down before. Waitresses were very disrespectful denying what was said to us. General manager very disrespectful, unprofessional and hostile towards my fiance. This place needs some serious help. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went for lunch today in between appointments in town. We were able to get our food in a timely manner, but only after informing them that we were in a little bit of a hurry and wanted to order quickly. The food did come out fast and was cooked well. The server was very conscious about our needs and checked on us often.

Food is alright, staff is nice but sometimes Ive had to stand there waiting to be seated or even greeted. Good selection of adult beverages, to include beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Lots of TVs throughout so you can whatever sports game of your choice.

Waited for 30 mins to be served. One in our group had to go tell the hostess that our order wasnt taken yet n we still had no drinks. To get refills we had to wait 15-20 mins for our waitress to come to us n ask if we wanted refills

The service was super slow. Our server was not attentive to our needs. Our glasses were empty for most of our visit. Our server was oblivious to the empty glasses. However, the manager on duty did try to pick up the slack.

Im a straight male and I hate going there because of the girls. They are beautiful, but they are such hypocrites. You dont have to suck up so much in order to get a tip. Just be nice, humble, and do your job.

With the new layout it is terrible. They added two new seats at the bar and got rid of three or for tables. I really only go there for the UFC pay per view. Waiting hours for tables its not worth it.

General Manager was rude and not attentive to our tables consern. He brushed us off and stated that he was the GA so whatever his girls said meant nothing due to him being the GA.
