I would never go back to this place we came in services like he did not want to server us .now I was very cold I want coffee he said they didnt have that.ask lady she tells us yes we have that.he was made about that so I never been here so Im asking?he say something then run away.so I ordered I was so hungry he leaves again my son did get to order so thought there other people but still wrong tell manger he like he get him back he comes back .gets the order then it comes wrong he ordered it plan it was not.manger does nothing I thought they were closing it was in 3hours there was no there . Bathroom need cleaning. He was on drugs I figured it out clean your nose.manger no help at all we go there pay he short us 2.50 he know we were not going tip I guess it crazy frist last time

Gets some stars only because the food is decent and they have a Good atmosphere with nice sports bar setup to enjoy games on multiple TVs. Unfortunately, the service was poor from the start. Waitress had an attitude and and seemed like a burden to help us and we had to look for her all night long to get service. Buyer beware! we were surprised to see on our bill that small beer was only 0.75¢ less than large beer, and there was no pricing on menu and waitress failed to recommend the better option based on price. When we brought this up to the manager he laughed and did nothing about it. Bottom line, there are better places in the area that will provide a better experience like Putneys or Sirvesas.

Food and atmosphere is good like any other location. The bartenders are fantastic, as are typically the servers; however several of the "hostesses" or whoever the gaggle of employees are behind the entrance doors need immediate training on greeting/acknowledging customers as they walk in, or thanking them when they leave. This has been consistent, nearly every visit. These employees are on the front lines and are the first and last people the customer sees when they visit this business. For whatever reason, they either are talking to each other, sitting down, on their personal phone and even ignore me and/or my company when we walk in. Not welcoming at all, and actually quite awkward.

horrible place to come and eat, the customer service was horrible. The young lady that helped us looked miserable and like she didnt wanna be there. Our table was wet and we didnt get napkins to clean it up until we finally asked. Our food was wrong and while we were waiting for a refill she was eating her dinner, she comes up gets us a refill and doesnt wash her hands... she then walks to the restroom after giving us a refill, then goes back to her food... which then we have to wait for condiments because shes eating even after we call for her.... no bueno! I seriously didnt even finish eating and just wanted to pay and go home because the service was that bad!

I ordered some wings to go, and they were ready for me when I arrived. However, when I got them home there was hardly any sauce on them. pretty much no sauce at all. And for some reason the wings were very "watery" there was just no flavor to them. Now I love B-dubs and maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I was not very please for the price I paid, and the amount of food we bought. If youre getting yours to-go, you might want to take a peak at it before you leave. Having just moved to town, I may try a different location to see how it compares.

Bww is always good. My only concern is it feels like Im pulling teeth when I want the sound of a game on. Usually I go specifically to watch a big game, and had to put them on my and my friends banned list for over a year because they made such a hassle about the sound (lied and said someone had money in the jukebox, but once I played a song it came on next without paying the extra money to have my song to play next). We go to watch sports not to listen to music.

Made a last call before they brought out the food, and then the waitress was rude when asked about it (this is their own last call, not a mandated one), failing to bother taking orders immediately after announcing a last call. Then they began rearranging the furniture, dragging tables across the floor well before closing time, ruining any remaining atmosphere. Will not be returning to this location again.

It used to be a good place to go with the family. Two years ago... new management changed everything. Service is the worst. Worst customer service. The food used to be good. Cant say now. Dint get to try it. So disappointed by waitress that we just walked out.. she acted like if shee was doing us a favor by eating their. To bad i was looking forward to eat wings. Buffalo wild wings got new customers :-)

The last two times I have been here in the last month or so. Had bit of stomach problems the next day. Thought it was me but went twice different times with friends and they experienced the same thing. Havent gone back since. Co worker over the weekend expressed he had the same problem. Food quality seems to be going down lately and not as fresh. Wouldnt recommend anymore...

The 4 times I have been here I either get bad service where it was not busy at all and I waited about 15 min for my server to pop up. The last time I went here I was waiting to get seated and the hostess just completely ignored me and talked to her coworker and yes I was right in front of here she gave me eye contact . Walked out after a couple of mins. Never going back !

Officially the worst BWW. Hockey playoffs, basketball playoffs, baseball games...and well over 75% of their TVs are on one thing...the Ufc fight...whats the point of using that much electricity for one event. I havent even gotten into my past experiences with this particular BWW, which has on three separate occasions changed the channel on a game about to go to overtime.

Buffalo Wild Wings has always been my favorite place to have dinner on Tuesdays and Thursdays. But just the other night, I had the worst experience ever, which completely surprised me! Not only was the food terrible but the customer service was the worst I ever had. Prior to this experience, I absolutely love this place! Maybe they need to hire people that actually work.

We ordered online and requested to have our food ready by a particular time needless to say it wasnt ready had to wait an additional 15 minutes and they are very stingy with the seasoning. The chicken wasnt even done made it back to work and still couldnt eat. Just horrible. This was the first time I have ever had Buffalo wild wings and I will not be returning.
