Just left there about an hour ago..Have eaten there many times, this was the only bad time. Waitress took us past 5 empty tables, (my husband is in a wheelchair), forcing him to negotiate around chairs and diners to a table in the back. Although the room was only about 1/4 filled, she seated us next to a table of six teens who were enjoying themselves but extremely loud, making it virtually impossible for us to talk. We are in our 60s. My husband knocked over a glass of water. She said she would take care of it. She returned with a broom and cleaned up the ice. She never bothered to wipe up the table and finally I did it. We asked that the game for ONE screen be turned to the Iowa - Purdue game which was in the 4th quarter. She got that done five minutes before we left. Our bill was $35.+ change. My husband gave her $40. She returned with our receipt and ASKED us if we wanted change. My husband was so confused that he said no...She deserved no tip at all.. This has not been our experience before...She needs to be trained or fired...you decide..

This review is a little bias coming off the heels of ditching another restaurant for poor service. I came here and placed a to-go order. They were a little busy but nothing too far out of the norm. I thought it had taken a little too long (right about 35 minutes) and never saw anyone come out with my food. Walked up to the counter and behold, my food was sitting there pushed off to a corner. The person behind the counter said it came out 20 minutes before (somehow I hadnt noticed) and proceeded to think it was ok to still try to give it to me. She had my name. I was sitting not 10 feet from the counter. Too difficult to call out a name. I totally understand. Effort was necessary to do that. Lets conserve. So I decided that talking to a manager likely wasnt going to solve anything so I left and decided to write a review. And this is why no one wants to pay $10+/hr for minimum wage.

Had a coupon for a free "snack" of wings (they send this every birthday). Instead of scanning the coupon or writing down the code like any other functional chain restaurant, they wanted me to forward the e-mail with the coupon to their store for their files. Couldnt believe how ridiculous that is! I shouldnt have to e-mail you the e-mail you sent me lol. Food was fine, over priced for what you get, but at least it tastes pretty good. Management needs to spend more time training basic service skills to employees (i.e. dont let glasses go empty, clear the table, etc.,), but hey, its Las Cruces..

BWW service and atmosphere is great. The wings are great too! From different size quantities to pick out of, to the different flavors of sauces to try; not to mention being able to drink a cold one while watching one sport games on one of their many tvs. Not in the mood for wings? Thats ok, because they have a variety to choose from! Burgers, nachos, and so much more! Go to Buffalo Wild Wings for get great food, fantastic service, and just to have a fun time.

Wow such awesome service! Came in because my two kids wanted to eat here for lunch. They are 8 and 3. As soon as we were seated my 3 year old starts to have a melt down. Like full scale melt down but I had already ordered drinks so I couldnt leave. Out of no where a server brings us 2 tablets with games for the kids to play which INSTANTLY calmed my screaming 3 year old. This guy absolutely saved the day because I was totally outta here. !!!

The supposed "rules and regulations" here are different from any other BWW I have ever been to. Flavors cant be mixed, you cant request just drums or flats. Extra crispy "takes a lot more time than regular wings to cook". In reality it only should take about 3 more minutes. With the exception of a few the staff is rather rude. Wings are cheaply covered in sause as if there is a shortage. BWW is great for the exception of this location.

Went to eat and were seated out doors (we had our dog with us) in direct sunlight no umbrellas over any of the tables. We left after we sat for over 15 mins without even having water brought to us. I would have tried to be understanding if we hand come at peak hours but 3:00PM they only had 2 other customers no reason to leave us sitting when staff out numbers customers.

I used to love coming here for the food, service, and sports, but now I only come for the sports. The food is always old when it gets to you. The servers are awful, I wonder if they are even trained how to do their job? The sports luckily doesnt revolve around the food or service, or it would be awful too. What happened to this place?

The food is pretty good, though it is hard to screw up wings. You can tell the management hires based on looks; all of the waitresses are attractive. The biggest problem is the noise. This place is so loud, you can forget having conversation with the people at your table. Great for take out, or if you are there to watch sports.

I called another manager about the nine shots and he was disappointed. Representing the company apologized and offered me a meal. I commend a company like this. I definitely will go back. We are all human we all make mistakes. What matters is how we fix our or not fix our mistakes.

One of only 2 places in town to catch a UFC fight and plenty of TVs to watch it on. One of the only BWW that I have been to where every TV is on the fight. It wasnt crowded and our server was great. Ate before I went, but I assume that their food is the same as other BWW.

Got food poisoning from this joint. I do not recommend eating any of the burgers here. The wings are merely satisfactory. They may have a huge selection of sauces, but the wings are small and overpriced. They do not have Boddingtons pub ale anymore- downer...

The food is exceptional, service couldnt be worse . the place isnt bad to watch big games if u can find a seat but again dont expect good service . even during their slowest hours i waited

Horrible service and food. I ordered snack size of wings and fries. Took 30 minutes for them to bring it out, happens every time I go. Which I wont be anymore. This place sucks

The staff here is super friendly and my husband is the chicken wing king, so we get food from here a lot. Sometimes we even do takeout. Never had a bad experience.
