Most go to BWW to drink from a large selection of beer and hang out/watch sports. It excels at that business model, and nothing Im about to type will take away from that. We went at dinner on a Friday night. The dining area was mostly full - inside and out - but I didnt see anyone waiting for seating. There also appeared to be a sufficient number of servers for a typical dinner rush. We were quickly seated and were quickly approached by our server. She filled drink orders quickly, adjusting well to one of our party being in the restroom at first. We ordered a standard mix of wings, fries, and chicken strips (childs plate). The wait for the order to be served was long. I would attribute it to the full house, but all of the food was cold when it arrived. Keeping with my standard complaint with Buffalo Wild Wings, the boneless wings were far more breading than chicken, and were light on the wing sauce. The fries were seasoned well, even if they werent fresh. I cant say if the food temperature was due to the kitchen or the server. I can say that the server was mostly absent after the order was taken. Drink refills suffered, and we waited too long for our check.

the waitress i had here had no idea what she was doing, and whats worse is that her clueless manager was of no help at all...worst service ever. What makes matters worse is that im military. this waitress refused to serve me a drink because of "restraunt policy," moments later the waitress walked over to three males took the order and served her friends shots, then to cover her tracks she told the three males to poor the shots into their 1/4 filled beers so that she would not get in trouble... MANAGER- i dont want your comps or gift certificates, address the issue and fire this waitress with zero integrity, she works on an army base.

Absoluetly nothing horrible service, my husbands buffalo wings came out so dry, when I asked for more sauce cause they were dry from the manager didnt even acknowledge the fact that i said they were dry, this is third time in a row weve been here and theyve been dry and each time we told them they were dry they simply brought out a cup of sauce and didnt give us new wings, even the fries were raw and the soda was disgusting. 3 different waitresses came over saw all our drinks were empty and didnt ask if we needed a refill, never experienced this for Buffalo Wild Wings never will go back to the one on base.

The customer service was terrible. Our waiter hardly checked on my table, and when she did she couldnt even get through her question without being distracted by the table of men behind her. She was far more interested in flirting than checking on her other tables, and after receiving our receipts we ended up waiting for over 15 minutes without any return from her before we decided to cash out with the hostess. I was extremely irritated, and thought the professionalism of the employees was poor all around.

Husband and I was headed to the cinema so we decided to stop by Bdubs. The service was great. The place was really crowded. The food was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price my husband paid for it. The wings are so tiny and pitiful.The sauces we got were good (spicy garlic, parmesan, chipotle), except for the thai curry flavor. Fried pickles were WAY over cooked. French fries with cheese was good. I dont plan to go back here if we have another movie night.

This place was horrible. We came in with a large group of about 30. The manager gave some of the guys dirty looks when they pushed some tables together to accommodate our group, and was disrespectful to his waitresses. Which must have explained their sour mood and disorganization. My boneless wings came out dry, covered in mostly unchewable breading and barely any sauce on them at all.This place is extremely over priced for the lack in quality of their food.

Cant believe the previous two reviews. this is probably the worst bdubs Ive ever been too. Service was horrible Ive been to this place about six times now and it always a total disaster. service was downright horrible there was even a time we have to wait for an hour to even have a waitress take our order. while one is sitting down on the table with some dudes while looking over at us. although food is great but they have a very sucky service!!!!

Worst wild wings I have ever been too. The service was horrible. It took 45 min just to get service. And after I ordered just a Buffalo sandwich it took almost an hour to get are food and my sandwich was burnt to a crisp and small the second one thay gave me was even smaller and just a small amount of Buffalo sauce it was more like a Miccdonald chk I felt like the service was just a joke and the manager did not even want to come to are table.

Order was not correct and service was bad. It was not busy at all.There was obviously enough staff, but the 5 of them stood around and talked. Yet I sat for 20min with everyone at my table. Drinks were empty and the people behind us had the same problem. No drinks no napkins and slow service. My kids especially didnt enjoy the hot sauce as apposed to barbeque.

Very ill now after having lunch there monday, Ive been having diarrhea ,vomit and feeling horrible, it looks like I got salmonella after eating wings there, tomorrow going to the doctor to get some tests. They should check their Hygiene with the employees and check that all the wings are well cook. Sorry, not going again ever.

Ft. Bliss location: service was sub-par and so was the food (it came a little cold). Had to wait over 10 minutes for my first drink refill. No pleasantries from the waitress; definitely wasnt happy with my experience but seriously hope the next time the service picks up substantially (Ive had better service from McDonalds).

Service was good, the waiter was very good about keeping our drinks filled and asked frequently if we needed anything. Its to bad the same could not be said about the quality of the food. Everything taste as of it came from a frozen bag and heated. I enjoy the environment, great place for drinks but i will avoid the food.

Place and internet order at least 2hours in advance and was still not ready. Only have 1hr for lunch and include drive time really only 30minuts. The past few times Ive gone they got the order wrong twice in the same visit. Dont recommend for lunch if your on a time limit

The waiters are hit and miss here. Occasionally you will get a good one and then you will get one who likes to talk about their after work habits. Food is ok but this is usually quite crowded. Drink selection is lacking but mostly people go for drinks and sports.

As fast and friendly as the service is, its still just a regular Buffalo Wild Wings so its nothing spectacular. That being said Ive never been disappointed with my food or service. A great place to come to to watch football and get some decent America food

Decent service as you would expect at a sports bar. The wait staff was willing to accommodate football preferences on Sunday which is nice for a far from home Bills fan. Quick and courteous service. Ill be here for Sunday football, its an easy choice!
