Pretty great place. Just visited this BWW for the first time last night. This was actually my first time to a Buffalo Wild Wings so I really have no basis for comparison like other reviewers might but I will leave my impressions anyway. First off, the service... went in for Wing Tuesday and we were seated immediately. We were greeted almost immediately by our server who promptly took our drink orders and told us about the Happy Hour specials and the Wing Tuesday promotion. The server didnt check in TOO regularly (he let us talk) but the food came out promptly(around 3-5 minutes per wing order) and he was always back about 1-2 minutes after bringing an order to make sure everything was alright. The manager also stopped in twice just to make sure everything was alright and I would guess that the server walked by the table at least every 1-3 minutes so it was easy to grab him if we needed to put another order in. Service was A+. Next, the food... while I was there I had 7 different varieties of buffalo wings; some I loved, some I could do without. Everything was cooked properly, the wings were nice and crispy when they arrived, they werent swimming in sauce, the chicken inside the breading was moist and tender... They were really cooked perfectly. As for the varieties, BWW gets bonus points for having a wide selection but some flavors would not be what you would expect for the title of the sauce: the Caribbean Jerk wings basically tasted like maple syrup and nutmeg wings and the Chipotle BBQ wings tasted more like malt vinegar and Lawrys Seasoned Salt wings than anything else. All the other flavors I tried however were delicious... however, I would recommend starting at the top of the flavor list and working your way down through the night as an order of Blazzin wings on your first round will almost definitely kill your interest in anything even a little spicy for the rest of the night. As for value, $0.45 per wing and $4.00 for a GIANT Sunshine Wheat or Blue Moon draft ranks pretty well on my thrift-o-meter so I dont think theres really any need for an explanation on that. All-in-all I really liked this place. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was good and cheap. I will definitely be returning to this BWW soon. I will also let you know how the “Unlimited Wings and Fries for $9.99 on Fridays” thing goes once I check it out because that just sounds like an awesome deal too. Thanks to the staff for an awesome night.

I have been to this location 5 times and each time have had the worst experience. Every time I go I order a chicken salad which makes me so so sick. I have thrown out the left overs each time because of my food poisoning. The service the 3/5 times I have gone was absolutely horrible. (I am a server and a training coordinator, so I know good service.) I went for lunch recently and I heard the bartender, Patrick, complaining saying "I just want to go home" and texting behind the bar. He made my drink wrong (thinking I wouldnt notice it was a diff flavor) and I still got charged the original price even though I ordered something different. I still tipped him even though I really shouldnt have. I also told him thank you after each stop he made to my table, and he just walked away. SUPER RUDE. The time prior to this, I ordered to go. I didnt receive my dressing and the salad was smaller than a HOUSE salad. I called back and the manager refunded my money because I was so upset. I will NOT be going back. As much as I LOVE BWWs, I cannot bear to be sick every time I order from this place. Drive the extra distance and go to the one in town centre off 36 and church ranch.

I cant speak to the dine-in experience, but I can talk a bit about ordering takeout from BWW (henceforth referred to as "B-dubs," because its a silly nickname and I love it). I religiously order from B-dubs every Thursday with their "Boneless Thursdays" $0.70/wing special. Compared to the location in Fort Collins, the Superior location uses a copious amount of sauce for their wings and none of my admittedly-large order was dry. In fact, I would say some of the wings were possibly even over-sauced. The quality of the food was right on par with what youd expect from a major mid-tier restaurant - great food at a reasonable cost. However, parking was a mess. There were no open spots in front of the restaurant, and there was a two-minute walk from my spot to the front doors - this was on a night that wasnt even all that busy. Unlike the Fort Collins location, the Superior restaurant lacks "takeout only" parking spots, making it even more of an inconvenience if youre only there to pick up your food and go home. In short, good quality food and fun atmosphere, but bad parking situation.

My family and I dine here quite often. I ordered online today for the first time and it was horrible...Online said my order would be ready at 6:50pm. I knew it was a busy time so I gave them a couples extra mins. I signed my receipt at 6:58pm. I was told to have a seat and they would bring it to me when it was done. My boss had a separate, larger order, it was given to me shortly after. However my spinach and artichoke appetizer still wasnt done. I waited until 7:17pm. They were really busy, I went up and asked for it. A gentleman handed it to me right away. It was just sitting back there...We were very upset when I got back to work. Not only had i been gone for 30 mins but our food was cold, overcooked, and just not what we wanted. This Bdubs is amazing to dine in at but the take out is horrible. I wont be ordering online or calling in again.

Check your food before you leave if you get a to-go order. I love their wings, especially the mango habanero! Service has always been good with dine in. Unfortunately for me, both times I have got a to-go order I have been shorted. But last night’s order was so off that I had to warn people. My order was placed on line and the confirmation e-mail showed this: Traditional Medium (At Least 15) 1 $15.49 All Drums Mango Habanero Traditional Snack (At Least 5) 1 $6.49 All Drums Mild The snack order was fine but the Medium only had 7 pieces and mostly winglets. And to think I gave them a $3 tip for a internet placed to-go order.

Josh the general manager is utterly useless; Should be replaced immediately. I frequent this location because of the great servers & sometimes good food. EVERY time we come in Josh is seen standing around on his phone, has never once even said hello or asked how our several dining experiences were. This appalls me as weve literally WAITED to see if he would acknowledge any customers at all--he seems to be more into whats happening on his phone then people who are paying customers. Horrible customer service skills Josh! Your employees are the only reason we come to this location. As a customer I strongly recommend this establishment find new management.
