Two awful experiences.I refuse to go to this Wingstop location again!! For my first experience here in April 2017 the wings were over cooked- leathery and tough, the fry seasoning was incorrect ,the wait time indicated was 15 minutes...I waited 45! and they forgot my sauces which I was charged for. I decided to try one more time today, I love the fries and this location is closest. Luckily I checked my order before leaving and noticed a long black hair twirled around my fries! EEEWWWW! When I told the manager she made another order and I was still charged ( always comp hairy food!!!) I told her this was the second time it sucked and she said she couldnt do anything about the first time. I understand that because I didnt complain but she did nothing about the second time also. I was so annoyed, I called the corporate customer service number and reported my experience. Do not eat at this location unless you want to hate Wingstop!

Never again! I ate there twice this week and I must say I was disappointed! The first time, I thought it just might have been an off night and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I got the mild wings and the flavor was very bland and the wings were very dry and cold! The 2nd time was tonight and I ordered the atomic wings...... The flavors were WAY off and the wings were once again, very dry and cold! My suggestion is go the Subway next door, that is what I ended up having to do!

Wings took 25 minutes to come out, the place only had 5 tables besides us when we came in. We waited and finally got our food and it was awful! The wings were barely warm and they had no flavor. I ordered the mild and the sauce was all water no color or flavor. The original hot, and garlic parmesan werent any better. This place was great before they moved. We will never go back.

Got order wrong... When it was brought up.. It still seemed wrong...follow up call with female "manager" seemed inexperienced and didnt know what to say....she said next meal was on them just to show up and they would have a record of it... When we tried to claim it they had no record... No apology... Other manager just ended up honoring it... But still no apology or anything.

This was my first visit to wingstop and overall I thought it was fine. The food was good and the price was ok. I really liked the Louisiana rub flavor of wings. They forgot to give us our ranch dressing though, so if youre ordering to-go make sure to double check your bag and make sure they give you everything you paid for.

Really great flavors of wings, great customer service. We wanted to just order to go, had to sit at the bar and get menu from bartender, and the wait for the wings took quite a long time. But I think was worth it. Probably better to plan to sit and eat if you have the time instead of ordering to go in a rush.

Love their wings. Cajun and lemon pepper are great here. Fries are decent not the best. Their ranch and blue cheese dressing are spot on. The main downside for me with wing stop has been the long wait, especially on the weekends. Ive had to wait at times about 45 minutes just to get a simple order

After having my child discriminated by an employee for being handicap. We received many apologies from corporate. Due to proximity to our home, we decided months later to give it another try. My husband gets food poisoning after eating here. No thanks, never again eating here.

First and last time I go to Wingstop. I order the lemon pepper boneless chicken wings, and they were disgusting full of fat, and the chicken was a poor quality of meat that was hard to chew. Crappy food do not waste your money! I will never go back.

Ive had their wings 2 times and both times the food was cold and lacked flavor. I have been to the far east location too and they just had better quality food. Its a good restaurant franchise, but this location has to kick it up a notch.
