Not a very good impression of HILTON. Would not accomodate an early check in. Told us to go the mall and walk around then come back. We were tired from traveling and wanted to relax not walk around a mall. When we get back, first one in line at 3:00pm they tell us the room we reserved is not available and we would have to have a smoking room or a room with 2 queen beds. I reserved a non smoking king room and paid more for it. Then after about 15 mins they decided to upgrage our room to make our stay nicer. Great I thought, still not happy with the lack of hospitallty we went to our room. It appeared to be a very nice room. Except the upgraded jetted tub did not work and maintenece could not fix it, the extra nice sleep number bed did not work and was like sleeping on rock. Someone set the a/c in the bedroom to fan and not auto so the room never really got cool and the fan ran all night. It was a sealed unit and we could not turn it off. After dealing with the jet tub not getting fixed and no one really caring about customer service we knew it would do no good to call them late at night about the bed not working nor the fan turning off. I did tell the same guy in the morning and he didnt really seem to concerned or even offer an apology. We will never stay there again. I didnt get the guys name that wasnt very helpful, but the gentleman that finally upgraded our room his name was Louis seemed better suited for this type of job.

We booked a two day stay in a Jr. Suite. The staff was great and very friendly no problems checking in or out. The room was large the bed was so comfortable and it also had a full size sofa sleeper. Hugh living area to stretch out in and two TVs. The room also had a small refrigerator and microwave for our convenience. Complementary coffee is available in the room and in the lobby along with cookies and lemonade. Free wifi was a plus, I have been to a few Hiltons that charge for internet that is always a pain. Hotel is close to everything restaurants, university, and mall are around the corner. I only have one small complaint the towel rack in the bathroom was sort of rusty, somebody has to CLR it it or something. Overall id recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and then went home for 3 days and then back for another 2 weeks. Rebecca and John at the front desk, and Ivy at the bar were amazing! They went above and beyond the normal upgrade possibilities, and even got us birthday presents, incorporating things they knew we liked.. it was like staying at a friends house, except we had room service, a gym and a gorgeous pool onsite! Our only issues were that the bed was a little too hard, and the delicious cooked to order breakfast needed some more options. If you go to Las Cruces, stay at the Hilton Garden Inn!!!!

The Hilton Garden in is easy access off I-25 and very convenient to the university. The decor is charming, Mexican style, very tasteful and not overdone. The dining area offers a variety of food and snacks as well as a pleasant bar. Breakfast provides a large buffet or a nice selection of made to order selections. Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. There is a large outdoor swimming pool. The hotel is also close to The Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum which is fun for both adults and kids.

The service was terrible, the staff was unfriendly and the girl at the front desk was such a snob. Supposedly she has been working there a while, but she should NOT be in hospitality. Gave us an attitude when we spoke and when we called down. Ive heard complaints about her and the hotel before from business associates, so I was unfortunately not surprised. As a diamond member, I had to earn those points, but I wont be staying there again.

The worst experience. I am a diamond member of hilton honors and stay at Hilton properties all over the world. I was made to wait on my room at check in while others were given rooms . I had to argue to get breakfast which is always free for diamond members. Hilton is usually a quality hotel brand but this particular property is terrible. There are many better choices close by.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Its beautiful, and the staff and service were impeccable. We loved our suite! It was roomy and so comfortable, we had a huge sitting area, 2 full bathrooms, a jacuzzi tub and a big master bedroom. we also found the hotel to be very quiet. The hotel is conveniently located. We will be staying here again in the future.

I checked in with the Hilton HHonors app and was able to pick my room before arriving. The front desk staff was courteous and prompt when picking up the keys. I didnt spend a whole lot of time in the room during my stay, but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

My in-laws stay here every time theyre in town. Most recently, we met them in the lobby bar for drinks and appetizers. Service was good, food and drinks were tasty, and the atmosphere was great. Nice and quiet lobby with lots of places to sequester for conversations.

The morning breakfast was fabulous the room was absolutely beautiful I enjoyed it not too happy with the night crew just not a lot of information that we could have used given cuz we were new in the area but overall its a for and Id go back again in a heartbeat

Comfortable, adjustable beds with great temperature control. Conveniently located on the highway with a gas station next door and plenty of places around to eat as well as the lobby restaurant. Good night sleep after full day of driving from California.

This location was lovely, with very nice amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The WiFi didnt work in the whole property one night but they had a technician trying to resolve the issue. I will stay here again when next in town on business.

Arrived after a power failure. Therefore card keys could not be programmed and no wifi. The hotel itself is very nice. Friendly, accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast service. Clean and modern rooms. 36 hours and still no wifi though.

Horrible service. Manager come by because my 2 year old was laughing. Told him kid just being a kid. Not kid friendly there!!! Beds are rock hard with adjustment to the setting for firmness... bad experience, never again!!!

I needed a handicap for my Dad and the folks at Hilton Garden Inn made my Life so much easier with a huge room. This made it very easy for a man in a wheelchair move freely in the room. Very accommodating employees.

Very nice Hilton, rooms are nice and they have great fruit infused water every day when I walk in. Beds are comfortable and the AC works great, really that is all I ask. Good breakfast buffet but it will cost you $12.

Great place to stay! Nice linens, clean and well kept. Staff has been helpful on both our visits. Close to University and med school, not too far from the mall and a multitude of eating places.
