I dont want to rate this place one star because of one experience. We come here quite often, and have always been happy with our service over the years. I would say that it averages 4 stars and its great to watch sports games with a crowd. The food menu is excellent and nothing like "bar food". It caters for regular eaters, vegetarians, and low carbers. The only one bad experience was at the beginning of the week when we ordered a salad without turkey (like we always do). The waitress brought it out with the turkey, when we pointed it out she said it wasnt turkey, it was ham (note the salad didnt come with ham and I doubt that the kitchen would just add an extra ingredient we didnt ask for). We didnt want an argument, both my husband and are awkward with confrontations. He tried the "ham" and said it tasted exactly like the smoked turkey we didnt want. At the end of the meal. He had all the turkey still on his plate. The waitress says "Im sorry you didnt enjoy the turkey!" Needless to say she didnt get a good tip. I wish I remembered her name not to recommend her to anyone. Its better to say I forgot to adjust your order than to lie, then forget you lied! Were pretty easy going, and if she had just said she forgot, we would have just put the turkey aside and still tipped her well. Its not enough to tarnish my experience of Thunder Canyon, but its enough to request a different table if shes our waitress the next time.

Service was slow. The waitress apologized saying they were very busy, but there were only about 6 other tables and several other servers. The beer on the flights were very good. I enjoyed the cider and doble diablo. The hot wings were good. Id definitely get those again. I ordered the beer battered fish and chips and the fries were good. The fish was definitely not beer battered. It was simply breaded and about the same low quality as Van de Kamps frozen fish. The fish was extremely bland with an old oil flavor. They served it with a cajun tartar sauce that tasted like paint thinner. The waitress said they dont have regular tartar sauce, but she could bring some ranch to dip it in. My friend said her philly sandwhich and sweet potato fries did not taste very good, either. I tried her fries and they tasted exactly like my fish. When we brought the food quality to our waitresss attention, she told us we ordered the two worst and most complained about things on the menu... lol... I wish shed have said something beforehand! I see others have had excellent experiences and I hope ours was an anomaly, but I wouldnt return.

Our family was enjoying this eatabliahment, until things went awry. We had booked part of the restaurant for a vaping event. They new what we were there for well in advance. Another patron called 911 because we were vaping inside. The police called the establishment, to give them a heads up that police had been called. We were asked to quit vaping, hurry our event up and get out. Our event had approximately 75 guests. We made every effort to hurry and leave. .. but very poor choice. Its terrible that we didnt even have time to eat because we were given the proverbial "bums rush". Why should I, my family, or any other attendee bother visiting your establishment. We had ventured out there from Casa Grande. So... we ventured back to Casa Grande for dinner. What a sad and unfortunate event.

I really enjoyed my visit to their DT location. They had a great selection of in-house beers, which made for an excellent sampling flight. I also really liked the ambiance and their bar staff were a hoot! Actually, came in here completely by accident to kill time while waiting for a ride and having a great time. I definitely want to return and have another sampling of their beer offerings and a few more laughs with the bartenders!

Even if I took a picture of my meal it wouldnt do it justice. BY FAR the best hummus Ive ever had was served right here. Their burgers?! Oh goodness, do I love a juicy thick burger on a toasted bun. Im pleasantly surprised by this brewery. Yah they have great beer but I had no idea after coming here for so long they had such flavorful food. Moral of the story, live dangerously and try something new, like their food

Thunder Canyon is one of the brew pubs that should make in Tucson. When the track construction finishes, theres a stop just almost outside their door. That will make it really easy to get in and out and around. The wings are good and the brews are even better. Plenty of room and a great atmosphere. Good work by all the staff and ownership. Give then a try and you will be going back over and over again.

So I am actually visiting from out of town, and my while driving around my friend spotted this place. We pulled in and had a great meal I ordered the steak special. It was amazing and they have great service and pool tables to play while you wait over all the food was awesome, the atmosphere was outstanding and our waiter did a awesome job as well! Thanks guys for the great night.

Vastly different than the location at the Foothills mall. The food tastes pretty much the same, which is always fantastic, but the floorplan is open warehouse-esqe. Some people may enjoy that, but I found it didnt feel cozy. Waiter was alright--but not great. Took a long time to get drinks, which always bothers me.

Thunder canyon brewery is right next doors to where I work and me and my co-workers find ourselves going there a lot! I absolutely love this place - they take very good care of their customers. The food is delicious and they have the best beer selection!! TCB is hands down my favorite place downtown! :)

A great selection of their own beer is complemented by a nice selection from other breweries. The salad I ordered was large, but nothing special. It was a lunch special, though, and it came with a $2 beer. Its not a high-end gastropub, but itll feed you and give you great beer for a reasonable price.

This place is great. They have good food and cold beer. They are constantly updating the taps with fresh new brews all made on sight (except for the guest taps of course). Also the have a distillery on sight. Ask for there distilled beer and you wont be disappointed.

The beer here wasnt too exciting. The IPA had a strange aftertaste (like a lot of the IPAs in Tucson). Perhaps its the water. Mixed results on the food in our party. Some thought good, some thought meh. Perhaps depends on what you got. Fish and chips were overcooked.

Man, what a spectacular place. The #1 sports bar bartender of Tucson really knows how to please his audience with fantastic cocktails AND MAGIC! This place really is a dream come true, only wish there was a cheesecake chefs board to really pop it all off.

If you like beer you will find something to enjoy here for sure. The food isnt bad and they provide large portions for the price. They are good at setting up large parties and I have never had a problem with service.
