Not the best experience here. Im sure most would get it a 1 star, but Ill give em three for the nice person who took my order. Food came out in 25 mins. I only got 3 burgers. They took every drive thru order before me and another walk-in guest. They couldnt take it any longer, they were there 10 mins before me. Asked for the money back and manager didnt even apologize. They were short staffed. 2 new people and a manager. If you need a job theyre hiring for all position. Hope they can get it together and keep the doors open.

This place recently reopened so me and my girlfriend went to check it out. The service was baaad. We waited 25 minutes for two baconzillas. The crew got so confused and started mixing up orders. We were inside but we could see both drive thru lanes way backed up. People got out of their cars to yell. We saw people come back with their orders multiple times. The workers really dont know what theyre doing. Only go here if you like bad service, a dirty uncomfortable environment, and you feel like waiting around.

They will ask u if u have a coupon while ur ordering. When u say u have a coupon u get nothing on ur burger! Nothing! I work at a hair place that gives coupons and never once have i given a customer a bad haircut bc i knew they had a coupon! Horrible! Ive stopped going here as of about 5 months ago ( the one and only time i utilized a coupon) i now go across the street to burger king. They are consistent and care about their customers experience.

The worst experience EVER! First...the wait. Second, the cashier did not want to give me the correct change. No mattwr how many times I told hwr what that was. Third, missing items in my order. I had to get out of my car and go to the window. The manager was nasty and told me it was busy and told me to call and complain and shut the window in my face. Great customer service! Never going there again!!!

Horrible Experience. If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Stopped there for a milkshake with my madre. No one answerd the drive through window for 7 mins then when we drove around to order our 2 items from the window. We were met with ignorance. This place disgusted me. I will tell everyone I know (jeepClub, GunClub, university associates) not to eat there and they will listen...

No stars. No service. The staff should all be fired immediately. Lobby closed at 9:30. Smart ass kid bets me lobby of Burger King is closed. You gotta drive to eat checkers. STAY AWAY until the laziest bastards in the fast food industry are let go. The franchise owner should be ashamed. P. S. Its been like this for months now. F#@k that 1 star rating.

Checkers has a hole-in-the-wall type of feel. Its not the warmest, most comfortable place, but to me thats not what this place is about. Its quick, greasy, heart slowing goodness. The food is unique compared to other fast food chains because of its seasonings and items (IE chicken bites boxes). Cant go wrong here

Unlike any Checkers Ive eaten at. Ill admit its been years since Ive had a Checkers burger. After this one, I may never have another. Bland meat and cheese spread do not a burger make. Ill try another Checkers in the future to see if this place was an anomaly.

The entrance sign is very hard to see and if you go through the light and turn its illegal. My friend was ticketed the cop was sitting there waiting.
