We get up to the counter and the guy says that it is a 30 minute wait... That is rediculous, walked out immediately. Not the first time too, different Smashburger your food is sometimes ready before you have even payed and they could be packed, this one is just terrible and very stupid employees. Only reason went back is cause we heard there is new management, but wait time still the same I guess

Food is great but I have never seen a place so poorly run. I ordered food on the phone, gave theme 30 min and they still didnt have the fries lol. The day before I went and didnt get anything because there were all of 3 tables and they couldnt manage it. I didnt get my smash so went today and it was still horrible. Never again will I eat here. Franchise boss should see this place

Great place to enjoy burgers with the family and friends. Highly suggest purchasing Groupon vouchers ahead of time to save money with larger groups of people. Overall menu is robust and the only thing keeping this place from being a five star burger joint would be for me the fries. Fries seemed incredibly cheap but filling.

Used to be consistently good. Lately there seems to be some management problems. Shakes are a big menu item. No ice cream to make shakes with? Ok, minor supply issue. Oh, no vegetables to make veggie frites? Hm. A little disappointing. Burgers still taste good. Just work on the supply chain!

An average version of the "gourmet burger places" that tend to be popping up all over. Burgers are OK but nothing special. My wife got a cobb salad and it was nothing like what it was supposed to be, so she was disappointed. Good place to stop if youre passing by, but I wouldnt seek it out.

This place takes forever to get food. The smashburger 15 minutes away your food is ready within 5 minutes. At this location it take more than half an hour. If u like to wait at a quick serve restaurant for sure go here, but if your dont want to wait, stay the heck away from this place

30 minutes waiting for food... And still waiting. No organization... Looks like they are making one burger at a time. Poorly ran. We left and guy or money back and we were not the only ones. They were turning people away from being waited. Left and went to Five Guys!

Great food. Had a new jersey burger with jack cheese instead of the blue cheese. So perfect. Their fries are so crispy! And if you get the smash fries your wont he disappointed. Dont forget to follow up with one of their amazing milkshakes. I prefer the salted caramel.

Wont be going there again. They can not handle more than 5 customers at a time. 15 min wait, turns into 40 min & order incorrect. Plenty of workers, but not managed correctly. Not sure if they only cook one burger at a time, but they need to pick up the pace.

So poorly ran. Workers look like they dont want to be here and our hoist had headphones in and kept complaining. She also didnt know how to tuck her shirt in. 4 people waited for their food for more than 35 minutes. Talk about a bullshit restaurant.

I only been here twice, but the food is always hot & fresh. You can tell the burgers are never frozen. The resturaunt is always clean, & they have good customer service. Their smash fries are very good! I highly recommend this Smash Burger

Very good food and service. I had the truffleburger and sweet potato fries they where great. The order taker was very friendly and the cook was making everything fast but right. There is also gluten free buns and vegetarian options.

If the burgers dont come with fries, they better be some good burgers, especially with all of the local competition. Unfortunately, theyre average and way too salty. At least they tasted more fresh than a fast food joint.

Took like 15-20 mins to make my Burger. And when I got it, it was messed up. They added things I didnt even ask for and when I told them they just scrapped the extra off and added an other layer of cheese. Trashy place.
