Been a long time since Ive had burger king, and I will never do so again thanks to the service provided today. I just utilized the drive through, I had a slight wait for the food, which I expect ordering fries with no salt. That is when the door was briskly opened, my food handed to me by what appeared to be a manager, then closed. What they forgot, was my sweet tea, i waved to get the attention of the employee standing at the window, but she was too preoccupied with her phone in her hand. Finally, I knocked on the window, she opened,and asked what i needed. I told her a large sweet tea, with lemon. She disappeared for 5 seconds, came back, and asked "sweet, or unsweet?" "sweet, with lemon ", I informed her. She then came back with my tea, and shut the window again. At which point I had to knock once more to ask for a straw, " theres isnt one in your bag? " " no, there is not " I get the straw, pull out onto the White Horse Pike, and take a big sip of unsweetened iced tea. Ontop of the incompetence, I have my tea with lemon, provided by a person who Im sure didnt utilize gloves, or wash her hands before adding the lemon into my drink as she just took her hands from a phone that probably has never seen a cleaning in its existence. Incompetent service, disgusting cleanliness. Never go to this Burger King. Its a wonder your stores are closing down all over. Id start with your training if you ever hope to come back as a major fast food player.

My wife and I just stopped here and the store seemed well maintained. While ordering at the drive thru, the ordertaker wasnt that great. I had to repeat my order 3 times. After the ordertaker read my order back I would have to correct her. Not sure if she couldnt hear me or not paying full attention. After paying and receiving our order, we made our way home to find we recived the wrong order. I called the store and talked with someone that I couldnt really understand. I was told that I would have to keep the meal and bring it back the next time with the receipt. Problem being I stopped for a quick meal and didnt receive what I had ordered. And I wasnt about to head 20 min out of my way to go back to get our correct "fast food" order. So instead we made lunch at home and went on our way to my wifes doc appointment. Seeing how we only eat out twice a month or under circumstances that we found ourselves today, Im told Ill have to keep this food until the next time we decide to go back. Which, after today, I doubt we ever will. Is this not ridiculous? I guess what Im saying is check your order before you leave the window.

This place was terrible....i took my grandkids to eat n play...well the food was okay but they trying to save money....they dont hv air where the kids play in their gym...when i say the kids in there was soaked from sweat...it was terrible...90 degrees outside and 110 in the playroom for kids....i will be calling the department of health on monday am...because all i can think of was...the germs that are on that equipment that are able to grow from the heat....that is totally disgusting... When we asked the manager....he said that he was trying to turn it on.. the air ahould stay on where germs live That was a total turn off....trick is....you order ur food...thinking that after kids are done....they go play...it was no way to find out until....ur kids came back to the table....gasping for air...yup....it was time to go after we found out But we will see what the departmet of health says....we all need to put a complaint in... Trying to sv monwey shoild not just benefit the manager but his clientele as well!

Went through drive-thru and ordered two meals. First was the Bacon Cheddar Stuffed Burger. Next was a Whopper without cheese. So, what did we get? NO BACON OR CHEDDAR on the BACON CHEDDAR stuffed burger!!!! I guess I should be lucky it was stuffed. Why the hell would you leave off the key ingredients that are PART OF THE ITEMS NAME???? If youre confused, why the hell dont you ask?? Can I please please please have it MY way just once???

I do love me a gud messy Whopper every now & then I just wish there was one closer & easier to get to then down the major highway aka- The Pike. Its like crossing the track at a NASCAR race just to get in or out! Still food is yummy & they ALWAYS send out coupons, unlike some other places who make you buy a "coupon book". The King is King!! :-D

Always gets ur order right, always fresh! I used to go to checkers until they gave me a burger with nothing on it because i had a coupon( which Im sure the franchisee meant to bring in customers instead showed what a bad staff they have) i always come after 7 pm any time i come and i always get fresh food!

We went through the drive thru one day, the girl at the mic. Messed up our order with another customers and still had the audacity to look at us like we were stupid or something. Better yet she said " wtf are they saying" Rather much starve than go there

Havent been to BK in a long time. Went to try the new whopperito dont do it!! OMG it was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten. I thought it was just a whopper in a wrap no its just a very bad taco.
