They didnt even have any hot sauce and after we ordered they decide to tell us while we were waiting 15 minutes this place is a joke the kid didnt even really understand that it is a way to eat your tacos its a main condiment hot sauce place is a joke its like heres your coffee but we ran out of beans maybe not exactly but we need our mild and hot sauces with their tacos and burritos otherwise theyre just dough and beans and rice.. and dirty if they were once in a while sweep the floor or mop it and the bathroom it stinks so bad got for bet you pee and it splatters on you have to go home and take a shower might get some kind of disease they need new management because the manager sucks Burger King here we come they have the nerve to have a picture of sauces it really pisses me off no sauce and when we were leaving the kids said I can give you a couple cookies I laughed and said okay thatll fix it... dope

Its a joint taco bell with KFC so you have more options. Drive-thru is usually a long wait and has gotten my order wrong on some level almost every time, typically by forgetting an item or two or by being given something else in place of what was ordered. Theyre very busy and I try not to fault the employees since theyre doing both taco bell and KFC but it seems a better system could be put into place for smoother operation and less errors. They do work hard and I cant complain at all about their care for customers since every employee has greeted me with a smile and a thank you every visit. Its rare to find that in many fast food locations now a days.

The food is okay. But the workers are unbelievable. First the guy put his entire non-gloved, money holding hand in my cup. Then gave someone else my food. The lady went to her car and came back complaining it wasnt hers. Then they tried to give it to me! I dont know what she did to that food. And you have the nerve to give it back to me? Then i got my righr order but then gave it to me eat-in style, when i said to go. Its sad to see someone so nonchalant and unsanitary at an amazing food chain. Every other taco bell ive been to was outstanding. Just not this one

Dining room closed at least 18 minutes early . Had to wait in really long drive though line with all the customers who tried to go inside and than everyone ate in their cars in the parking lot. Watched pedestrians get turned away and be extremely angry about making sure they walked here before closing time. Chelsea was so pleasant in the drive thru which is the only reason this review wasnt a 1 star. The picnic table in the parking lot was also a nice surprise so we didnt have to eat in our car.

Food is good, inside there can be a lot of people and a long wait to order, as well as get your food. Employees are half and half, some are nice and friendly and some look like theyd rather be anywhere else than dealing with you! They do need to work on keeping their store cleaner. Due to the small property theyre on, the take out line can get wrapped around the parking lot when theres only 5-7 cars in line.

Extemely rude staff tonight. "Ran out" of ground beef and offered to "upgrade" to steak.. made entire order with chicken. Then hung up on me several times when attempting to call. Unbelievable a company so large can allow their brand to be damaged so much.

A Taco Bell and a KFC! Cant beat that indigestion. Has a drive-thru and the staff is pleasant. They keep it clean, though I think it needs a remodel compared to other Taco Bells and KFCs.
