I go to this chipotle pretty often and every single time I go here the chips are always stale. I shouldnt of been surprised this time that they were stale again. Also the service I received today was terrible. We were at the register and my boyfriend and I asked for courtesy cups. The person at the register asked if we were getting soda or water. I said water my boyfriend said soda. Instead of informing us that we couldnt get soda in a courtesy cup, she charges us for a soda without telling us. She didnt even give us our cups so we were aware of what she was charging us for until we already paid. I was very annoyed with that and her overall attitude towards us. To top this off the tables were disgusting. There was only 4 tables open and they were all covered in food. I always have a bad experience with service when I go to the sicklerville chipotle but this is the cjlosest chipotle to me so I dont really have a choice but to deal with it.

Im going to give them 4 stars because I am unable to give a 1/2 star. I love chipotle my kids love it and we always enjoy our meals! The staff is friendly and the restaurant has been clean every time I have visited. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is the fact that 3 out of 3 visits recently I have come home with my food only to find out that I am missing items! For instance our last trip they forgot to give us any of our chips! Now this is a big deal when not only did I order chips and salsa ( did not receive either ) but my order also included 3 kids meals and each kids meal should have come with a small bag of chips! Frustrating to say the least. Not only is my money wasted, my meal just was not the same. Overall we will continue to visit Chipotle restaurants. Note: We have since Learned our lesson and always bring a list of everything ordered and double check at the counter before leaving!

Gave this location a number of chances to dazzle. Never happened...not even close. A good restaurant makes sure they have everything when you are on line. A good restaurant makes sure you get the amount of food you pay for. A good location apologizes when they make mistakes and keep you in line for over 20 minutes. A good location makes sure the food they serve tastes like it does in every other store. A good location has employees who are able to handle their jobs. A good location has a visible manager who takes care of problems when they are happening. This location did none of these things when I last visited.So when I want decent fast Mexican food I keep driving.

Food is always on point and have been to this location multiple times. Tonight, it was more of a social hour behind the counter than attending to customers - had to make multiple requests for toppings and drinks. Not to mention the spilled soda on the floor, being out of forks and the tables look like they havent been wiped after many people have ate on them - disgusting and disapponting experience

I do love eating at Chipotle, however it seems as though the food has slipped a bit into lower quality. The steak has a higher fat content, I tend to pick out half of the lettuce. It may just be the person preparing the food. Either way I see myself eating there less & less now days.

Rice and meat portion on tacos very minimal. For the price they should spill over. Was never asked for here or to go so everything got wrapped up to go. Bathroom was very disgusting with urine everywhere. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

If youve had one Chipotle then youve had em all. If youve never been to one its a casual dining fast food joint with decent Mexican food. Average cost with a drink is about $10 and Id say its worth it if youre looking for quick and decent Mexican food.

This location serves a pretty mean burrito bowl. The staff is nice, and so far the food has been good. Ive been there a few times now and never had soggy chips, or bad guac from there. Ill definitely be going back if I find myself in the area.

Good clean place for real food. Everything tastes fresh and not prepackaged. Im a vegan and I have very strict standards of food and I give this place 5 stars. The only thing Id like to see added to the menu would be whole wheat burritos.
