Used to love them, but like them less each time. We have stopped going. Food is still great, but service is bad. We used to love Trevis (?spelling?) But now he barely works. The other waiters get the orders wrong, seem confused. We often ask for Trevis, but then get told his area is full, cant be seated there. We often here "I am here for the 1st time". Seems like alot of people come and go. Last time we waited 1 hr for food. The manager was nice and apologetic, but it seems like something has changed the last few months. Used to be great, now food is still good (if you get your order ;)) people are still friendly, somewhere something is off though, disorganised.

The restaurant is clean amd comfortable but a bit dated like many Ruby Tuesday locations. They have an excellent salad bar fresh with organic produce which is delicious. The bar has several TVs and the bartenders are entertaining. The menu has a good variety but my favorite entrees are the seafood based items, the Tilapia with lemon herb crusting is awesome. Not a large variety of beers but they do have Sam Adams and Sam Seasonal on tap. The sangrias are popular if you like that sort of thing.

My Family and I decided to go to Ruby Tuesday for Mothers Day! I am so glad that we chose this particular restaurant. The food was tasty and the staff were very attentive. I wanted to give a special THANKS to Fatima Badshah, the manager who made our visit so welcome. She went the extra mile to give us great service. My family and I had an amazing time thanks Fatima for your high quality service.

This place is severely understaffed. It could be because the location doesnt lend itself to a lot of foot traffic. Either way, there was a 15 to 20 min wait and there were a bunch of tables with dishes and food still on them. The bartender had to also waitress which I am sure was overwhelming. Service took some time which was a little frustrating but it was clear they were understaffed.

The food was very good. That is not the important part of this review. The staff is. It was my nieces third birthday. They were wonderful. They went above and beyond what you would expect from anyone, let alone a chain restaurant in giving her a good night. I wish i could thank them individually for making what was an unscheduled/unexpected stop in a small town into a great night.

My family and I was looking for some fried fish but we settled for Ruby Tuesday and I was glad we stopped the restaurant didnt have a crowd so I felt like I had personal service. My waitress was very helpful with menu selection items. I was pleased with the taste of my food but not the quantity to me they could have given more in an adult plate.

The staff are what make this place great. Kids eat free on Tuesday (one per full price adult meal). I brought my two boys here every Tuesday through my pregnancy and now with the newborn, too. The staff are so friendly!

The food was really good (ordered the Triple Play). We were in a large group of 17 and they were very organized and efficient in taking our orders and serving us - though it was during an uncrowded lunch period.

Our poor waiter was running himself ragged. It wasnt busy but it seemed like he was the only one that had tables. He compt our dessert for the wait. So, thumbs up to our waiter, thumbs down for management.

Sucked. The medium well steak was well done. The mash potatoes were so cold the butter didnt melt. The salad bar was decent. Thats the best I could say for this particular restaurant.
