The only good things about this restaurant are the ambience and appetizers. My husband is a vegetarian and he was a cked to discover that he took a serving of butter chicken; because the label on the buffet table said its "Panir makhani" ( yeah Panir; we usually spell it as paneer!!) He immediately brought it to the staffs notice for correction. Second thing that was annoying was when the waiter decided to keep my "in use silverware on the cloth napkin; while I was away from my table to get the next serving. Ugh.. We still added a reasonable tip . On my way out, I mentioned about these things to the management staff. And got back the most casual apology ; didnt reflect any intention to take any corrective action. Hence I decided to share the experience here. Please avoid this place if you can. Both quality and service are terrible.

I normally dont like to try new things, however, since I recently came to Princeton I have had to. I am a university student and went to the Pind about 1 week ago with 3 of my friends. We are all new to the area and wanted to find a restaurant that was different yet close by. We went to the sports bar, and drank a couple beers, many of which were very cheap. Since we wanted to eat both Indian and American food, we ordered the tandoori chicken platter as well as 2 chicken sandwiches. My friend Ricky and I love Indian food so we ate most of the chicken and my other two friends ate the chicken sandwiches. Other than that, we enjoyed seeing the Eagles win on Tv.

The Pind Restaurant is a great place for friends and families for all types of occasions. The food is fabulous and the staff are to praise. The ownership is willing to help anyone of any capacity host a party or provide dining. This restaurant is far superior to other indian restaurants with five star service. The restaurant has a modern blend and unlike other indian restaurants the dinning experience is amazing. If you are traveling through the area or are visiting here then you must go and try the food for yourself.

I went there for lunch buffet and good was ok nothing spectacular about it but biggest flop was service of breads (naan) on table.when in buffet you have table service of breads it is for reason that you want to serve fresh and hot naan..however we were served first set of naan which were cold and wheni asked to replace then with fresh made ones ...I was served same naan after keeping us waiting for 15 min... horrible service..wont recommend

I have been here twice and both times my tastebuds were thoroughly satisfied. From appetizers to entrees, everything is prepared perfectly with tons of flavor. Amazing Baingan Bharta (eggplant) and Samosas. The service was just fine but with most authentic cultural restaurants their may be a language barrier. The restaurant also has a sports bar but the dining area itself is elegantly designed. Service 8 Food 10 Atmosphere 10

Literally NOTHING unique about this place. The menu is about the most pat, standard, unexciting, uninventive Indian menu you could possibly think up. Not one different or exciting dish I can think of. They dont even serve papadam when you sit down! What Indian restaurant doesnt do that? Will *ANY* Indian restaurant do? Doesnt matter where? Doesnt matter how good? Well, this is your place! You just hit a street called Easy.

This beautiful, tranquil Indian restaurant has a marvelous cook! Go for an evening meal and be prepared to take home enough for dinner at home the next night. Every dish we have ordered has been delicious! I especially love the chicken Makhani. My husband loves the lamb Biryani. I cannot speak for the lunch buffet. But IMO these are never as good as ordering from the menu. Also, they fill your wine glass generously!

The service here is horrible. The host with the turban does not know what he’s talking about. I walked in with my family of 9 people, including my grandma, and he made up some retarded excuse not to seat us because there were no seats available when in actuality, the entire restaurant was empty. Don’t know how the food is, but the service is disgusting. Do not go there if you want to have a good time with your family.

Pungent perfection! Large servings served hot and tasty. Dont pass up the Mulligatawny soup or any of their lamb dishes. The baby lamp chops were like little succulent meaty lollipops. We ate in the sports bar and the service provided by our bartender/server was excellent and folksy. Cant wait to go back!

Always a loved place for me. Nice, clean and comfortable interior. The staff is always attentive. The Indian food served here is one of the best that I had. The colors and the flavors are amazing and if choose buffet youll like to go for seconds again and again...☺. In conclusion, I love the place.

Wonderful food. Got served with hot naan, something which was missing in many other Indian restaurants around. Ordered butter chicken and paneer butter masala. The quantity was sufficient for 4 easily. Would highly recommend the place if you want to dine out with family.

The restaurant has a NEW American Sports Bar ( Kixx) that is separated from the Indian part. Was there for SuperBowl and was surprised to see a real American sports bar menu! The place was packed and had a great time. The Sports bar is under new management. A about time!

Dinner: Naan was burnt, Raita was without much flavor, portions were too big and waiter should have advised us of the sizes, vindaloo was very mild, got a dish that we didnt order, which cause a lot of confusion for the staff. Will probably not return.

Their Food is tasteless, I think they are targeting a different set of audience. Their Naan (bread) is under cooked and is very chunky. When you are going buffet Naan are kept out and they do not prepare fresh naan as the other Indian Restaurants do.

Lunch buffet is a typical Indian buffet fare. Nothing special. Better service and tastier food - both vegetarian and non-vegeterian for dinner. Baigan bagara is delicious.

Ordered pickup, people working at the restaurant are nice. Food is lousy and shrimp tasted spoiled. Unfortunately had to throw most of the dishes into trash.

Unclean plates, overheard waiters talking in native language and making fun of customers. The Indian food served is Americanized (bland).
