If you get there before 7:00 pm, the service is terrible. It wasnt very busy but the Susan Lucci look alike bartender never asked what we would like, when the bartender from the other side finally got our drink orders "Susan" asked in surprise if the other girl got our order. She did the same thing immediately after we got our food orders taken care of 30 minutes later, we were ready to place our food order when we ordered our drinks. Looks like the "A-Team" shows up after 7. The only person that seemed to be really working was 1 girl waiting tables, poor girl was working hard. The beer selection was good but seriously over priced. Not worth it.

I first heard about this bar online and decided to try it out. Instantly became a favorite. The sheer amount of beer selection is amazing and you can tell from the owners and managers that beer is their passion, which is something to always look for. Oh, and you can buy craft beer to take home with you. The bar pies are a MUST. Very delicious. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable about whats on tap. The atmosphere is good, happy hour isnt very crowded, but that could be a good thing depending on your preference. Its definitely one of my favorite bars to go to after work and Ill be frequenting there often.

When we asked, the waitress recommended guacamole. We ordered beer, guacamole, and buffalo dip. There was no buffalo dip so ordered bar pie. The guacamole was brown, flavorless and dry made with under-ripe oxidized avocados and hard tomatoes. I doubt there was onion, garlic, cilantro or lime. The bar pie was a sloppy, cheesy mushy $9.00 mess from Brothers Pizza. It took too long to get the check and longer for someone to take our money. I wanted to like this place. Good beer. Bad food, bad loud music, bad service.

I have not eaten here, but I can tell you that the beer selection is second-to-none, the service on the part of the servers and managerial staff is simply outstanding, and the crowd is fun, diverse, and enthusiastic about the place--which has a definite hometown feel--and the folks who work here. I have found the staff friendly and accommodating even during late night visits.

The Saturday band (not sure if theyre regular) is very talented and a lot of fun! They mix in 80s and modern hits decent size dance floor too. The bartenders are observant and serve people in the order theyve been waiting. There were a couple fights that broke out, but employees were attentive in responding and throwing them out. Small line when we arrived, but no cover yes!

Excellent Beer selection and Staff. They mostly have local and East Coast beer with the classics on tap. The food selection has both healthy and wholesome choices. I usually get the personal pizza which comes from Brothers Pizza on 33 (next to Blend). Also If you dont see tater tots on the menu they will still serve them!

Blend Bar & Bistro is a wonderful local bar in Hamilton, NJ. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed and is a great place to meet up with friends after work. They have a fun happy hour schedule which includes live music, trivia nights, and more! Friendly staff and a huge variety of beer.

Its very noisy, especially when they have live music (obviously). Its got a great selection of beers though, and service is pretty quick. Solid choice if youre looking for a place to get beer. I always get a flight myself
