It was crowded but watching your waitress talking to her co-worker and reminding her that you were waiting for your beer and her bringing it and saying "It was just sitting there waiting for someone to bring it to you" and then drinking a warm beer,, was one of the highlights. Appetizer wings were good and the New England clam chowder was good. The ribeye steak was the worst steak Ive ever had. Nothing but fat and grizzle surrounded by more fat. Under cooked. Not one good bite on a $27 steak. Pathetic. Garlic mashed potatoes were good. My wife had the Marsala sirloin which was under cooked along with undercooked rice. The vegetables were ok, paid extra for them. 30 minute wait to get in was expected but the slow service after we were seated was not. Waiting for good food is one thing but I dont remember ever eating a worse dinner. Im not a complainer so we didnt bother and still left over a 15% tip. But that was really disappointing.

The outside property should have given us a clue before we embarked on a lurch at Outback. The parking lot and grounds were a mess cluttered with debris. First, the drink order was messed up.Next, companions soup was barely warm, not a good sign. The crabmeat stuffed mushrooms appetizer was burnt so badly that they were inedible. The waitress brought out a replacement but, the mushrooms did not have any crabmeat stuffing whatsoever. My Caesar salad had limply lettuce, very little cheese and no dressing that I could taste. The salad was recklessly made in a hurry, to say the least. The French fries were not crisp and had a dark brown color from either old shortening or oil that wasnt changed in awhile. We have eaten several times at Outback in upstate NY with wonderful dining experience but, EHT Outback should try to get their act together and improve. No more visits from us.

Friendliest restaurant in Atlantic City by a mile! My family and I were in Atlantic City for 4 days during the 4th of July holiday. This restaurant was BY FAR (by very far) the friendliest restaurant we encountered in Atlantic City. More accurately, it was the friendliest place we encountered in our 4 day stay in Atlantic City. From the person that seated us, to every waitress we met, to the manager, this restaurant was the most family-friendly restaurant and the nicest place we encountered. Even the other customers were nicer to be around. If you want a very friendly environment to eat in the Atlantic City area (and we stayed in a nice Wyndam resort, but even they couldnt compare with this place for friendliness) then this is the place to go.

Disappointed, kitchen issues. Good points: server was nice, they were giving out free appetizers samples while we were waiting. We were there at Prime Time about 7pm on a Saturday night. Took a long time to take our drink order took a long time to get a cherry limeade and it didnt seem like it was made right. Some of the Bloomin Onion was undercooked, raw. Excessive wait for our meal, my salad came with my meal. My meal wasnt correct, I ordered the steak with shrimp they gave me special they gave me steak with onion rings. Corrected it, my steak was overcooked, but tasty. Boyfriend was happy with his crab cakes.

Im not sure its really fair to review after only one visit but i have no intentions of returning so it works. Three people out of five in our party got steaks tonight. All three were badly over cooked and under seasoned. This came after our cheese fries which were ordered to be layered came out with barely any cheese. Waitress was great but unfortunately she was the only highlight.

The streak here is always perfect. Delicious, moist, inch thick steak prepared exactly how you order it. I have a hard time even trying another steak house when this place is always so perfect. I literally cant imagine a better steak. Awesome bread too. Snobs might turn their nose up at a large chain, but what theyve really done is turn the perfect steak into repeatable science.

Asked for Gluten Free meal explained my allergy and still received the wrong order. My gluten free meal was served to the wrong person while I got that persons wheat filled saucy meal. Unbelievable. So we requested to take our new orders to go back to the hotel. We ended up with $70 worth of food, 2 meals w/dessert, all without utensils. Very unfortunate indeed..

Been here mostly for dinner only a few times for lunch, this was one of the worst experiences that Ive had, in a nutshell the silverware was dirty had to be replaced, the soup was cold had to be replaced, had french fries with my grass-fed Burger, they were soggy and lymph and had to be replaced but even the ones that were replaced were Soggy .

I will like to thank Gail for the most memorable Birthday ever. She is a great server, if you get a chance ask for her. The streak here is always perfect. Dont let the commercials fool you. This place is over priced and the food isnt that great. My only favorite food here is the key lime pie, nothing else. Everything here is so expensive and isnt really worth the price. Staff is friendly but the food is atrocious. I wont recommend coming here, better off going somewhere else.

Ordered a to go order and it was terrible! My husbands steak was so chewy he could hardly finish it. My garlic mashed potatoes taste like straight garlic salt to the point where I took a few bites and threw them out. My steak was over loaded in seasoning as well. Very disappointed.

Im not a big fan of chain restaurants however this is great option if you are going to catch a movie after dinner with the theater across the parking lot. Very clean establishment with friendly service. Food is always comes out hot and fresh.

We dined at the busiest time of the day. Cheryl was a fantastic waitress. Michelle the manager stopped by and was very pleasant. This is the great staff. The steaks that we ordered were cooked to perfection. Wonderful experience!

I love the Pork Porterhouse. Deliciously seasoned, crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle. The trick is finding the thing you love. Not everything is wonderful, but theres a lot to choose from. A solid four.

Very excited that they are going to be open for lunch. Even though they are a chain their wings are better than many non-chain places and I LOVE their seared tuna app.

Our waiter was really great. The host and hostess seemed a bit not into their job or dealing with customers. The food was really good also.
