This place has hands down the worst service ever ! I use to come here daily until the fat girls who work there were so rude I refuse to spend money there. There is one employee in particular who is an angry rude lazy girl who needs to get fired before they loose more business. I have never been more aggravated at someone for being so rude. The manager is nice but her employees are lazy.

This place has it down. Quick order process, quick payment process, and food was prepared quickly. You get your own coffee, which meant a bit of a cluster but nothing to complain about. The bagels themselves are good. Indoor and outdoor seating.

They dont have the national check in program here, but they do have their own version of loyalty for a coffee club, and a hot sandwich club. Food was delicious, and the espresso bar was great as well. The barista was very pleasant!
