January 8, 2015 9:30 PM. I just left the all seasons diner and had a horrible experience. My girlfriend was hungry and wanted to go to the diner. We ordered two dinners. Both dinners come with soup and a salad bar. I told the waitress in advance that I was not going to be eating my dinner and then I would just have the soup and salad bar and take the dinner to go. The waitress tells me that you can only have the soup or salad bar because you are placing a to go order. I am sitting in a booth. I explained to her if you would like to bring my dinner out you can but Im only going to tell you to box it up. She tells me to hold on while she speaks with the manager. She comes back and says well he will do it this time. I said to her it comes with the dinner and yes I want to talk to the manager. The manager comes to the table whos dressed very sloppily sloppy. He has a very bad attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing him. I asked him what was the problem with what Im doing. Im ordering a dinner, Im paying for the dinner , And it comes with a soup and a salad. Why does it have to get this far?he proceeds to tell me that it is the business rules. Now the other customers in the booths and tables next to us are looking and shaking their heads in disbelief that this is even a conversation. I told him that it is not a to go order I am sitting in a booth Im not going to eat it. You want to bring out a plate for no reason do it. Now by this time the other customers are beginning to look over at what this conversation is. The manager says is OK I will do it and walks away from me. The food comes out now I have lost my appetite. The waitress obviously sees there is a problem but does not do anything to correct it. She did not let the manager know that there was a situation and Im not sure that he would have done anything to rectifiy it anyway after he was so rude. The food comes out and I immediately asked for boxes I no longer want to be in this establishment. As I am boxing up the food 2 couples walk past me and overheard the conversation and said they would not be returning to that diner anymore. Not to mention I am there at the diner every Sunday after church with people from my church. We will not be going back. So if you want poor customer service, be belittled, a staff and management that do not care about the customers obviously. This is the place for you. I have never been so belittled in my life. Im not stopping here. This is going on social media and where ever I can post my story. No one should be treated like this .

Came here on the weekend for dinner, and had no wait for a table (though we did see a line forming when we left). Food choice was good, had the appropriate amount of selections you expect from a diner. I stuck with a basic sandwich with fries, and enjoyed it. Their seasoned fries were good, but i think the extra cost is more than they are worth. I enjoyed that they gave you a pickle and coleslaw with the food we ordered, even though im not a big fan of coleslaw. Service was polite and attentive, and made sure we had enough drinks and our food was prepared the way we wanted. We didnt get to try any of the desert, which if it is as good as it looks could bump them up another star, but i do plan on going back and trying other food options. If there isnt a long wait, and youre with a group looking for large range of food options, then i suggest you try this place.

I went for lunch with my friends from the office, the manager wanted to sit at big booth with chair. I told to the old guy we want table, finally after few minutes he gave me table in the other side. The waiter came was spanish guy, he got the drinks i ordered french toast campo and the another guys wraps, chicken sandwich and burgers from the special menu. Was delicious but i didnt like he had the syrop and the butter on the same plate with the meal, and the another guy had the same problem with the coslow on the same plate with the burger. The food has good but we didnt like the servise, We asked and for coffee with the dessert and little later the manager he came and said guys i need the table for another costumers. Didnt believe that, was the first time at my life and they asked me to leave because they need the table

The food was good for me but for my fiance it is a different story. He found a hair in his food and told the waitress. The waitress was very nice and said to mention it to the manager at checkout. My fiance asked for a to go cup of coffee and said it was fine. I, then, find that the cost of a to go cup of coffee was 10 cents!!! and the fact that he could only eat half his dish was worth way more. So I brought it up to the manager and he said "Well you got what you want. The to go cup of coffee. Im not doing anything else." AND had an attitude and never apologized. This was awhile ago but I just remembered while writing a great review on another diner, that I needed to write this one.

Visited this dinner a couple times and was not impressed. The food was very sub-par and the service was nothing special. I questioned revisiting the diner until I had a very disappointing visit. It took over 45 minutes for the food to arrive and when it did, it was horrible. I ordered pancakes and they were extremely burnt. I was appalled at the fact that they would serve that caliber of food. After all, if a restaurant cannot make proper pancakes, how can you trust them with anything else. Would not recommend this diner to anyone and will certainly not be returning.

BEST FOOD IN FREEHOLD! I came to Freehold on a business trip this week. As I drove by, I was surprised to see a diner so busy on a Monday night (Mondays and Tuesdays are a restaurants slowest days of the week). I gave it a shot and was AMAZED! The food was EXCELLENT! The portions and deserts were UNBELIEVABLE, the food was QUALITY, the place was SUPER CLEAN, and service was quick and FRIENDLY! I ate there every night that I was in Freehold & had something different every time. I left happy every time. I just wish this place was closer to Boston.

We have been eating here for many years and we used to be happy with the food and the experience. Tonight the experience was not good. The food was ok although my sons liver was veiny, they were out of stuffed grape leaves at the salad bar, no more spinach with the meal and worst of all we did not see a busboy to clear our dishes or give us water during most of the meal. Intold the manager and he was rude and muttered things under his breath as he walked away. We will not eat here again.
