Extremely hit or miss. Last two visits have been more miss. Im currently waiting in line at the drive through and its inexplicably taking an average of 3 minutes per car. Last time my friend ordered a box of tacos and the box fell apart and dumped tacos on the ground before we left the restaurant, which the girl at the register clearly saw. When my friend approached her and explained what happened, she asked "what do you want me to do?" To her credit she did ask if he wanted a manager, and the manager replaced the box at no charge. A 5 star response would have been for her to get the manager before he even got up to her but what do you expect from teenagers? On the plus side the staff is usually very nice, its very clean, and mixed up orders are infrequent (never been to a fast food place that didnt occasionally mix orders up). Wish their service was more consistent.

Foreign Objects in food - TWICE! On our first visit to this Taco Bell, we went to the drive through. The employee that took our order was very pleasant. When we returned home to eat, we discovered a dated sticker in our food. I called the store and the manager offered to replace our meal at no charge. Today we went into the restaurant for our replacement meal. The register area had food on the counter and the dining area was dirty. We took the meal to go. When we got home, we opened the food and found a non-food object that we cant identify! It was hard and had some wire-like branches coming off of it. I can understand a sticker in the food, but after seeing the dirty dining area and finding ANOTHER object in my food, I do not believe that this restaurant takes the proper precautions when preparing food. I will not return.

On two separate occasions food has been lukewarm at best, mostly cold, when eaten immediately. And they gave me an incorrect item both times which was not apparent until actually biting into it. Had to wait almost 20 minutes in drive thru last time...moving so slowly that one person just left after sitting at the window for half of that time. But its a single lane so if you want to ditch instead of wait and youre in the middle of the line then youre stuck. This Taco Bell is really bad. Chipotle is five minutes down the road, go there.

Not a huge fast food diner - but every once in a while I love me a chalupa. Well, the ladies at the register during both of my visits - were amazingly pleasant and professional. I mean - really - I normally dont expect much but they really stand out! My only real issue is the man who appears to be the manager - both times during my visits - was having personal conversations that I wish I hadnt heard. He should speak more privately so customers dont need to hear his inappropriate chatting.

So I roll up to the drive through ordering machine and order my food right. Then I pull up to the window right and I pay and get my foods. Then my waitress said goodbye and I open my bag to eat and WHATADYA KNOW there was NO SATANS BUTTHOLE SAUCE. THE ONLY REASON I GO TO TACO BELL IS FOR SATANS BUTTHOLE. Easy access from busy Route 10 in East Hanover. I thought this place was okay for a Taco Bell. It has the menu youd expect and the dining area and restroom are clean. Also, they were open on Christmas Eve after nearly every other place had closed for the holidays.

I have only been to Taco Bell about 5 times in my life but was driving by and was hungry. What you would expect. Food was good however looked nothing like menu board photos, place was clean and the service was good. I would go back.

We go to this Taco Bell every day...and whenever the guy named ANTHONY calls out to take the order we drive around and go to the Taco Bell in Parsippany... because he messes our order every time....the guy is mad RUDE..!

The food is consistent with what you would expect from this chain fast food restaurant. Ive had incorrect orders twice recently. Cashier is not always knowledgeable about the menu items and prices.
