First a child answers the phone, she/he mistakes my credit card number and charged me incorrectly 3 different times which was frustrating that a 10 year old is answering the phone. After the food was delievered after 40 mins I look at my receipt and what do u know overcharged $11 so the delievery man was very nice and called the kid child and then come to find out it was a 11 year old boy and then passed the phone to his older sister who corrected the credit card mistake. So after that hassle we open the food and was in shock. The general chicken color was so odd it literally was not the normal orange color I didnt even eat the chicken. The rice was cold and it seemed like it was made from the day before, because have you ever ate left over Chinese and microwaved the pork fried rice and some pieces are hard? Nevertheless I know the rice was not made fresh. It was HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVERRRRRR they should actually just shut down its some disgusting ass Chinese food. Theres better places like Mr Wonton in northfield the best Chinese food around here I think is by the pawn shop in plesantville. But this place is horrible Im literally letting you know the food is not fresh and it is disgusting I threw it out!!!!

There is no option for zero or negative stars so one will have to do..I did order from here constantly. NEVER will again! First off they dont ever give fortune cookies. I literally have to ask every single time if I want them and God forbid I dont specifically ask the Chinese food restaurant for the free fortune cookies that are supposed to come with the order. Then after paying extra for white meat chicken the chicken was hard and inedible. Lastly the "crispy cheese wontons" were cold and soggy! I live not even five minutes from the place so Im not sure how thats even possible. The time before tonight I had to bring my delivery back to the place " after I already tipped the driver and payed the 1$ delivery fee. Im extremely unsatisfied and I will never ever order from here again. If you do, be prepared to be extremely disappointed..

So I called to have a order delivered and I first asked the little boy that us always behind the counter if they deliver to Galloway and he said yes...so apparently he couldnt understand the address and put me on the phone with someone else who still didnt understand me, and she said oh thats far, then I said well thats why I asked first. So she takes my order and its only one item and she oh no dont deliver for one thing and then hung up on me. The most rudest people around.

What a terible food.. i order seafood delight because im craving for seafood.. im so in disbelief what i saw instead of crabmeat,shrimp,scallops, all i got is broccoli,pepper and caned corn.. with 2 pcs of shrimps and imatation crabmeat.. what a scam.. im do dissapointed.. not again

I guess I order from there because they are close but half the time they dont get the orders right, the other half they have problems getting the food here in a decent time, some good friends of mine are Chinese and they tell me not to eat there that Chinese food will kill me!

Horrible, i ordered my food at 10:17p.m and they close at eleven, they had enough time to bring my food, when it hits 11 my food still isnt here, i tried calling and waiting for a call and no one answered. Horrible service

Unlike other places, the person on the phone was patient, was able to speak English, as i ordered by phone, then i picked up and i was welcomed with a smile, the place seems to be very clean, and the food was very good.

Very nice family owned and operated, if yo want a great family style experience and food to match, then this is the place to go. Absolutely love this place. The food is good and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Prices went up...food quality went way down...3/4 of the dish was rice...bland...no taste....mushy...used to come here all the time....NO MORE! !!!! Food was disgusting. ....what did they do??????
