This place does not know how to make coffee. I ordered a grande mocha frap x shot with no whip and when I got my drink it was not the right consistency (pretty much melted) I told them it didnt taste right and all the so called "baristas" looked at me and one of them said do you always get that drink? Its probably the mocha base that you taste. My response I always get this drink. They didnt offer to remake it or anything! I also had a tall caramel frap and that was also not the right consistency( MELTED!) I also had a venti americano with x shot and there were none added to it. How could a regular coffee get screwed up? This is a horrible place I would rather drive further to somers point and get my coffee!!!!

Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere complete with a large fire place and couches. Note: this location is a licensed store as opposed to a franchise (in other words, they are authorized to use the name and sell Starbucks products, but they do not fully participate in the rewards programs, etc. It might as well be a Starbucks kiosk at a hospital when it comes to your rewards/stars/etc. which is a little deceiving considering it is a full out store front. You will not get your free birthday drink here.)

Posted an earlier review and the main negative comment was the training of the staff. Again today - very inattentive, missed part of my order and because of the high volume of customers, it was too much trouble to wait for them to get it right. Nice interior, nice location, but there are no excuses for "forgetting" that someone ordered a rather pricy breakfast item when they paid you for it. The lesson is to forget the "save the paper" movement and ALWAYS get a paper receipt to avoid confusion.

Nice place but they dont honor any of the usual perks like free/discounted refills on coffee and tea or rewards. They should have a sign saying as much, it is an unnecessary annoyance to wait in line again for a refill to have them shrug their shoulders like I shouldve known. Also, they charge 50 cents for a small packet of sriracha, something that is free at every other Starbucks.

I was told at the register that they will not accept Starbucks rewards but will give the stars. Im not sure thats how the program works considering they have a sign saying join the program and get a free drink and no other signage that says the rewards program doesnt work here. Fix this please.

Beautiful interior, may be once of the nicest Starbucks Ive been to. A lot nicer than the boardwalk location. This place is large, plenty of room to sit. Staff was friendly and our order was made in less than 5 minutes. This is pretty good especially for 9:00 am prime time for a coffee spot.

Always an enjoyable time at this location. I drive past 2 other Starbucks to come to this one. Good spot to sit with friends order some drinks, snacks, play games and catch up. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Love the seating area and fire place as well.

Typical Starbucks, which is nice, but dont try to cash in any of your Rewards here. Apparently private owner "isnt on Starbucks computer system" so using your current Rewards wont work. Same owner as the store on the boardwalk so cant use Rewards there either.

Mediocre coffee at best, ridiculous prices and come on barista thats just a fancy name to make the barista feel like they arent what they are there...an equivlent to a fast food server. And its just what OC needs...more pseudo coffee drinking elitist.

Served a frozen piece of cake. However staff very friendly . First offered to toast the iced cake, but when I asked for my money back the cake was replaced with a unfrozen one
