Been coming here for a number of years and each experience has been consistently amazing. Staff is respectful, helpful and serve customers well. I am always surprised at the positive interactions that the staff members have with all of the patrons in the restaurant. Food is consistently quality, tastes great and hot. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, I have never had a bad meal here. I love all the food, especially the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. Whether in the drive thru or in walking in and sitting down, I have never had any issues with prompt service and amazing food. For consistently being the best place in Hamilton for a chicken-anything, 5 stars. Loved it!

I dont eat Chick Fil La often and I dont usually like ordering food where a bunch of teens work because many of them lollygag and get your orders wrong. But I really gotta commend the young people who work here. They are always respectful and great you with a friendly demeanor and they are quick with service. Im not a bossy or picky customer that gives people a hard time so even if things were a little slow I wouldnt get upset but they are always fast with the orders and are very organized and they keep their stations cleaned. Never have a problem when I go here. 5 stars to Chick Fil La in Hamilton Marketplace.

At 10:32am a mother tried to order breakfast after using the restroom. The staff refused to serve her breakfast (after 10:30am) even though her family had already ordered breakfast moments earlier. So she was unable to enjoy a breakfast sandwich with her family because she needed to use the restroom and wasnt at the counter by 10:29am. THAT IS MESSED UP! The staff could have made an exception! Good job Chick-fil-A, way to be jerks!

This place ithought was the worst ! First of Im Hispanic and my moms English is not very fluent. One of the cashiers was impatient with us, she did not smile, ithought the service was awful . Secondly the place was dirty I couldnt find a clean place to sit and eat with my mother. I am happy to say that I am not coming back and that the one in quakerbridge mall is better . I suggest they go visit us to learn a little more .

Ive been here many times and it is always excellent. Very fresh food and friendly service, the owner is always there operating his business and managing it well. Ive been to the land of Chic-Fil-A (state of Maryland) and they served soggy, just not fresh food.... Ive never had that happen even once in all the times Ive been to this one. Now Im craving a chic-fil-a sandwich (hold the pickle)!

The service is what sets chick fil a above other fast food locations. Though the food is always fantastic, the work staff at this particular location is full of people who care about their job, and are genuinely interested in the satisfaction of their customers. This is the only chick fil a location around, so be prepared for a bit of a line... which is with the wait.

Great food! Compared to other "fast food" I enjoy Chik Fil A because it tastes much better than the rest. I love the waffle fries and the chicken sandwiches are of a higher quality and freshness than other restaurants. I love all of the different dipping sauces they have, as well. The people who work here are so friendly and nice. They go above and beyond for you.

Food is awesome and delicious... im just giving it 3 stars for services.. long drive thru line.. and bad customer sevice.. as in races and better than someone because of race and appearance if someone is from the low income side. Rachet.... smh mind you i work in the post office across the street from home depot...and proud of it

Always a pleasant feeling when dining here. One of the things I have noticed are the real flowers that adorn the tables. Simple yet thoughtful. You cant find this at other fast food joints. Thank you Chick-fil-A for I am celebrating my birthday today with a delicious breakfast knowing I am blessed!

I havent been here in a while. I sat at my table and it was dirty. Food grease and hair on this table, food on seat. So I went to sit at another table and again food on the table. So I wiped it off. I looked around and all the tables not used were also dirty. Its not busy at all either.

First, this restaurant is very community spirited and always helps out the local groups with space for car washes and such - Good Job! However, the Google Maps location is incorrect. It is not by Kohls - it is by the entrance on the Walmart side of the Marketplace.

Staff is great and the food is always the best of all Chick fil as in the area. It is crazy busy every time I go there and I always get my food quick and usually never get my order messed up. Would recommend going if you want the best fast food around

The breakfast meal that I ordered was good. However, I noticed that the portion was smaller. The sandwich looked smaller than usual and they gave me a small amount Hash Browns. Maybe there cutting back, like every place else....

This location is clean and the food is served politely and quickly. I did notice the really long line for the drive through, though, which made me opt for parking and walking in. That may have just been the weather, though.
