I was happy to know that they brought this here but when I finally got to eat there, the waitress that we had was very pleasant but her apron and shirt was full of multiple stains and was so dirty that it turned me off but I still decided to give it a chance. There was a waitress sitting down on her phone on the work floor also staring us down making it very uncomfortable to eat and discuss with my family. The other waitresses also huddled there, pun intended to further gossip and discuss about their various customer experiences not even regarding us that was sitting over hearing them. Then there was a supposed lead waitress that decided to address the staff that was just standing around in front of the customers that were also dining there but later I saw her standing around in the huddled area gossiping with the other waitresses and threw in a few dance moves too. There seems to be no locker area because all of the staff placed their belongings and umbrellas on the baby high chairs where customers can see. One of the male waiters walked around with sagging pants and underpants showing making it very uncomfortable as well. When we were ready to leave we had to stand up to say check please because our waitress did not come back to check on us. The appearance of the workers was horrible, the shirts and aprons were dirty and full of stains, I get that when working with food that can happen but it was too much. A customer had to get up twice to ask one of the workers where they were huddled to see if they were working because nobody came to assist her. The food was over priced, proportioned small, and when we asked for fresh strawberries she dumped a bunch of wet soggy strawberry syrup/puree all over the waffles making it so soft and soggy which made it impossible to eat. My suggestion is that the managers invest in training the entire staff in customer service, food service and clean appearance. It is my hope that this feedback brings awareness and positive change for the employees and the owners because I would hate to see this establishment go so quickly.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Placed three orders to eat in and one to go at 11:58 am all to leave without my togo order. The waitress asked and reminded me about the order THREE times at 12:10, 12:39, and 12:50. But she puts the order to be cooked at 1:05. Tables was dirty due to not having a floater bust boy to make sure tables are clean since they have "Seat yourself service" Food came to the table cold at 12:29 while we waited until 12:39 for the rest of the order to come. And when I made it aware to the so called manager Cedric about everything that occurred even the mishap with the togo order and the fact that it was for a city employee. He told me I can either wait for my food to be done which would be another 35 mins. When I made it aware to him the order was placed at 11:58. He responded well thats how we do things here. So I had to cancel my order and he didnt care and moved on to the back with the waitress that placed the order. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Huddle House, has potential. They are a new establishment so they are very unorganized. What captures you is the essence of the the food as you walk in. This is what kept me from turning around. You will not be greeted when you 1st walk-in which I hope change in the next few months. The sign clearly says " seat yourself" to me is a Red flag! I exploded with anger after patiently waiting for 42mins with my 3yrs old son for a "To Go" order. The order that was given to me was Completely Wrong. I found this out after I walked back to my car and checked. I gave them 3 stars because of the Staff and Manganent. They fixed the problem with a smile and assured me things will change they hope I return in the future. I behaved poorly and I hope this review helps. This place will be the next IHOP once they have a clear system that works effectively. Oh. And the food is pretty Damn good

This place is the worst H&H iv ever been to.. about half of the people that work there went to my sons school (meaning their a bunch of kid ).they are very rude , loud and unorganized .. the food is nasty and salty.. i order a huddle burger and a short stack of pancakes (by the way i would have did better with going to Shop Rite) but anyways the burger was so small for the price of 9.57 an the fries where very hard an salty. the pancakes where big but not fluffy also they where burnt tasting the food was just point blank nasty they need to close down because this is just horrible they just open like a month ago an their all ready have 1 to 2 1/2 star reviews thats just bad for business. i dont not recommend this H&H the only thing i recommend to them is for to shut down asap, so they can put another places their without 17 to 19 year olds as cooks and workers

I ordered the chicken tenders (buffalo style but they 4got so its on the side) fries and cheese tots. It was ok the chicken strip in the pic was the biggest one they were so small and only 4. My friend ordered a breakfast biscuit dish. He said it was ok. It did take a while even though the place wasnt full. The waiter and alot of the staff seemed new so we were patient and he was kind. They messed up other peoples orders while we were there. They also brung our meal out at different times. Even bringing the toast at the very end of the meal lol. They also didnt have change and we were practically forced 2 leave a bigger tip than we wanted. and we had to wait. But i think the funniest thing is.... they wearing shirts that say dont trust a skinny cook and their cook was super skinny. Overall it was ok i probably wouldnt return though.

I enjoy supporting local business. I took my family for sunday late brunch. My 1st impression was the lack of cleanliness. We arrived at 4:15, there were no attendant to greet us for like 10 minutes, there were only 1 waitress & 3 tables with guest, we finally walked to the cashier to asked if we allowed to seat ourselves. We did not get the waitress to come to our table until 4:45, we ordered 2 kids burgers & fries, 1 adult meal. They brought the adult food 1st and 20 minutes later, my kids meal arrived. When I inquired about the wifi service, I was told we couldnt have access to it. The fries were cold & the drinks were full of ice. Our waitress was really nice. I would not return but i would refer others at least to support the business. 1st & last time mom

My Wife & I went on Friday 3 to check it out ! When we first got there it was fine until we ordered our food the sampler was not worth $8 it looks like $1 fries from McDonalds & Baby shrimps & salty fries why we wait for our order 25 minutes later the didnt bring nothing we Ordered but lemonade waiter got food orders jacked up everything was wrong they tried to correct the mistake that took over another 30 minutes later still didnt get our Order So We left ! Service Suck I wouldnt recommend this place to no one !!!!!!!! Go to Applebees or I HOP ! SELLING APPLEBEES PRICES SO GO TO APPLEBEES !
