I rarely ever stop at BK but I was sitting in traffic and knew by the time I got home there would be no way to make dinner and get to an appointment I had in the early evening. I ended up in line nearly 15 minutes at the drive thru before receiving my order. I got back in traffic and 25 minutes later arrived home. When I took the food out of the bag the items in the bag were not what I ordered so I called the store. The managers suggestion was for me to return and she would fix it. Really? Another 40-45 minutes for them to fix my order? I think not. I would have been better off having gone home to make my dinner. I was trying to save time and this cost me more time than if I had just come home and made something quick. The food in the bag is not something I ever eat so not only did it cost me time it was food that I paid good money for that went in the trash. I ended up leaving for my appointment without eating dinner.

These people dont care about their jobs I ordered buffalo chicken fries with bbq sauce they gave me regular chicken fries that were stale and no sauce I told him to give me what I ordered they gave me the buffalo fries and most of them were hard like they microwaved it omg I cant believe I just Spent $15 here

This place is horrible. I ordered an original chicken sandwich. Plain. And I couldnt even get a full sandwich. Halfway thru the sandwich I saw that there was a bite taken out of the chicken hidden underneath the buns. Horrible. Disgusting.

Place is ok, seems clean but sometimes tables need more attention. Has a tv inside,wifi, drive thru,employees are nice, service is fast,convenient location, but theres plenty of traffic in morning and afternoon rush on 46.

Newly renovated, bright, spacious, and clean. Service have gotten better, in comparison to other Burger Kings close to the area, The drive-through is a little bit faster too. My son love their chicken fries.

Their food is always hot and fresh and you do not have to wait long for it, out of the many times I have been here which have been at least 30 to 40 times not once have I had a problem yet

Ive only used it for pick up and drive thru, not eat-in, but impressed with service. New management seems to be improving the service and keeping things very clean.

As any burger king, the selection is ok and the drive through was quick but they dont give you napkins. Be sure to ask before you drive off.
