This pace is the worst when it comes to service, is this restaurant under new management? The service use to be very good, not anymore. Two weeks ago I went there with my family for breakfast, first it took about 8 minutes for someone to take our orders after we were seated then we watch the cook prepare our food and put it on the counter. There was no one available to bring it to our table, all the servers were sitting in the back talking. I ask one of the server walking by if we can have our food which have been sitting on the counter for over 5 minutes, she told me that she will get our server a few minutes later I look back and shes sitting in he back with the rest of the servers. we finally got up and left. Would I recommend this restaurant?.. NOT NO, BUT HELL NO... Customer service is horrible.

Wow. Thats all I have to say. This place use to be a disaster. The place use to smell. The place use to be unclean and the seats were sticky from all the syrup. I swore that I would never go there again. Recently I was in town and my friend wanted to go to ihop. I refused to go but she promised me that things had changed. Once I got there, I was surprised. The service was great. I was greeted upon arrival. The tables were spotless and the whole place was renovated. On top of this, I was surprised the quality of the food. Highly recommended. Also I found out from our server, Judy, the place had changed management. That may explain why so much change had occurred!!

Would not recommend this place . I went with my friend to this Ihop. We had to wait for nearly forty -five minutes to be seated. It felt very dangerous at that location with the endless onslaught if gang members entering the place. Most of the people waiting were frustrated and tense. The service was atrocious. The prices were exorbitant . The whole experience was embarrassing. If you are thinking if coming here with your family or girlfriend dont do it. We were afraid of what could happen in there if stayed there since it seemed like a hangout for gang members and there was a tremendous amount of tension I the air. Save yourself the trouble.

We got there around 12:50 and the waiter came up and took our orders shortly after. We were sitting waiting and watched 2 other couples who were seated like 10 minutes after us get served with their order. We asked the waiter about our order and he told us he was going to check up on it ( something he should have been doing the moment he put the order in). A couple of minutes went by and we decided to walk up to the counter to talk to the manager. It turns out our order was never put in and we were just sitting waiting for nothing. It was a bad experience overall. Never going back!

The food is good, the only issue I have is the ice coffee it taste more like chocolate milk and poured from a Container used to make juice (not labeled so you really dont know what youre drinking) its not real ice coffee, I recommend ordering hot coffee ask for ice, vanilla creamer and sugar to make youre own iced coffee it taste much better but take up too much time so IHOP SHOULD SELL FRESH BREWED ICE COFFEE, not bottled yohoo.

I placed an order to go, food was ready for over 10 minutes and no notified me I had to ask. I asked for extra gravy for my country fried steak, which I did not get. The steak taste like the oil it was cooked was either old or stale. The manager reprimanded a waitress/cashier for an over-ring in front of everyone. The one star is for the pancakes.

Staff was friendly and the food is good yet Luke warm. Problem: "WHY NO REAL MAPLE SYRUP?" I dont like putting High Fructose CORN SYRUP on my pancakes. This is a pancake house you should give customers the option to have Real Maple Syrup available. Even if I have to pay extra for it, I know I dont mind .

STAY AWAY! Horrible service! They had kids at the counter which couldnt answer simple questions!!! And their wait time was not accurate at all it started with 10 mins and then after making us wait 30 mins they said oh I dont know how long more and then said 30+mins.

The food is great the waiters seem to know what they are doing read other reviews and it seems that the Ihop is under new management. The new management has really improved the place. I highly recommend this Ihop due to my wonderful experience there.

Outstanding restaurant; this is an all time favorite place for my family. The service is prompt, and the waitress are courteous and professional. If you are looking for a family friendly environment then this is a place that you must visit.

Waitress named Angie was rude and had no courtesy.... I received another server, but by the end of the visit she apologized for her actions and I commend her for that. My new server was awesome and his name is Robert!

This IHOP is close to my home. I have found it to be average but not exceptional. On a corporate level, IHOP has changed their menu and they no longer have my favorites, so I dont go there much any more.

Its IHOP, baby! You know what it tastes like and you know its gonna be busy. Lost a star for parking and lack of space in the booths. Place is CRAMPED. But, service was good and it is what it is.
