The waitress waiting on my son and me was not welcoming, courteous, nor friendly. The waitress never gave us the customary friendly and welcoming smile while she indelicately handed us menus. When the food was brought to the table, the courteous and customary gesture of saying enjoy your food was never mentioned. Moreover, while my son and I were eating the food, the waitress come to my table twice to remove the condiments from our table, never asking for permission, to apparently give them to other customers. The waitress never asked us how the food was that we were served. I cant say the food was not good because it is the reason why I came back to the place. In other words, the food is quite delicious. If it wasnt for the waitress and her lack of professionlism as a waitress, Id go back.

Visited the dinner for the first time today for lunch with a friend. I ordered the Grilled Chicken with Caesar Salad, which was very good. An extremely large salad with homemade Caesar dressing with a very generous amount of nicely seasoned, grilled chicken, served on the salad. The pieces of chicken breast were numerous, and large in size. The chicken was hot and flavorful. I enjoyed the dinner, it was cute and quiet. It was easy to have a conversation at lunch. I would visit again and I would order the Caesar Salad with Chicken again.

Small, charming and intimate diner on the corner of Glenwood and Lackawanna. Its a very hometown feel which isnt common these days. When I was there, all the customers were watching and commenting on the morning news story and knew each other. Try their breakfast special for $3.99 which comes with: two eggs with home fries or grits, toast, butter, jelly and coffee or tea

I rather eat cat food then come this diner came here couple times and every time the waitress has attitude then I ask for chicken soup she gives me pea soup instead also one time I asked for icecream soda she actually told me order something else cause she didnt feel like making it

Had one of my worst experience here this morning had to walk out and leave my breakfast the server was nasty and handled my meal as though i wasnt going to eat it,she need to learn how to handle peoples food.

Classic Diner. It is classic diner fare, just like stepping back in time. Dont expect modern twist, and be pleasantly surprised with straight forward good food with service that treats you like a local.

I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese on a roll for breakfast. I couldnt believe they charged me almost $7 for each sandwich, when Ive never paid over $5 anywhere in my whole life.
