I loved Manhattan Bagel when I was in school in Pennsylvania. I was happy to learn that there was one nearby my house when I came back home to NJ after graduating. I went here a few times in the past year because its now on the way to work. I realized that each time, whether its a bagel, a breakfast sandwich, or a salad, Ive gotten really sick after eating my food. I didnt make the connection until today, but after getting sick after just eating a bagel from here this morning, I realized it has happened every time after eating food from here. I remembered the salads and breakfast sandwich especially upset my stomach previous times. I dont think its a bad coincidence -- I dont get the runs all day very often. Tasty food and friendly, but be careful if you have a sensitive stomach?

I typically purchase from this location on a daily, I stop in on my way to work every morning and place an order. However, this afternoon I called in as they advertise delivery service for the Totowa area, which is also located in the same town as my place of business.This afternoon an associate rudely responded we do not deliver to your location. I politely asked why as I am to a manager at this facility. The associate was unwilling to elaborate. They were extremely short and I must say the customer service provided will be the reason they have lost a valued customer. In the hospitality industry it should be your first instinct to provide superb customer service.

There bagels are disgusting as if they were made somewhere else and brought in. The bagel place down the street is so much better.
