While Ive seen a lot of people give this Applebees a bad rap, I like it. My food is always great, warm and correct. My service is always good for the most part although I do feel the waiters/waitresses should be a bit more attentive to their tables. I ordered food for delivery for the first time. I saw the promo ads on Facebook nd the pics told a lie!!!! Nothing i ordered was worth my first time nd i ordered $36.00 worth. The delivery time was ok....However wen the driver came to my house ..........He had no receipt for me as to wut i paid for. I paid with a credit card but wen i asked bout my receipt nd sumthang to sign verifying my purchases the driver had the audacity to tell me ....."We dont give receipts ." What! Scam! We i gav him the dumb look to his response . It was then wen he told me to call Nubian nd hav them

Called today 3/8/2017 to place a order because i heard great things about the food so I decided to give them a try, the owner took it with no problem said it would be ready within 20 mins. Drove down there from irvington just for the employee to say "the owner said you called and to tell you the place is closed for the day" if that was the case why didnt he say that when i called. I could have went to sunrise halal in Irvington from the start like i planned to but wanted to give these people a shot.

They would have been great if they got the order right. they completely forgot part of my order and gave a friend of mine just a burger when clearly she ordered a bacon cheese burger. When we called back the person who answered had a disgusting attitude and was being smart and not giving us our money back.. we will never order from them again HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! you guys suck!

The food be alright. The service is so bad. Ive been wasting here for years and sheed use to have thee best halal food in town, now its not. Sad to say whoever the cook is need to go back to school. Sheed need to get someone in there who loves to cook. His food use to taste like love now its taste rushed. Sad to say they gonna lose a lot of good business. Good business gone bad

I felt slighted and a bit disgusted. My waiter attempted to accommodate my request for a cup of ice to go along with my beverage & sandwich, when the proprietor abruptly stopped him & said "No." The temperature in here felt like 100 & with 1 fan slightly hidden behind the refrigerator. I got the impression that he was Not being honest, but at he couldve been a bit more kinder.

Ordered fish and chicken for my daughters graduation party, got there, they didnt even have my order ready. They made the order when I got there. Chicken and fish was disgusting!!! Very salty, and made my guest nauseous. The prices were cheap but not worth it! So yourself a favor and go somewhere else, or cook yourself... signed dissatisfied customer.

I place an order for 300 people for an event and the manager was great. He was willing to prepare the meal I wanted even though his restaurant didnt serve it. He gave me a great price and answered all my questions. My food was ready for pick up by the time we arrived at the store. I look forward to working with him again. Fabulous customer service :)

Service sub par. No communication between order taker and cook. Order taker gave cook wrong order and cook got angry and threw my order on counter. I walked out and left my three orders right on the counter and went someplace else where I got great service. People wonder why we dont patronize with our own people.

Its been years since Id eaten here about 16yrs I would bring my daughter here and w both loved it. Now I bring my fiancée and a very, very picky eater and she loves the food! Cant beat that..! Thanks fa hanging in there Sheed!!

Sheed(Owner) is always on point with the service, moved out the area some years ago but everytime I come home I hit Nubians up for a platter of Beef Bacon, Grits wit cheese, and egg with cheese, side of wheat toast! Slamming!

The Best.... I love the whole menu, but my fav is the fried whiting, grits w/cheese, eggs scrambled with cheese, a side of home fries and bacon. The Ultimate hang over solution lol. Keep being the best.
