Have visited this location twice so far. 1st time was a pleasant experience and the waitress did her best to accommodate my family and the other family with us. It was a Sunday, so it was pretty packed, but service was still pretty quick. When asked about a military discount, 10% was taken off the bill. Food quality was good and everyone enjoyed their meals. 2nd Time was alright I suppose. The place was not as crowded as the first time, but even after ordering our food, it took nearly 45 minutes for us to get it. One of the guests from our table even had to go to one of the Waitresses (who wasnt ours) and asked for a status on the food. When asked for the military discount, 10% was taken off One food item and not the entire bill (which came out to 1 dollar, versus the 6 dollars that had been taken off the bill during our first visit). Suggest if you are going to offer or allow a military discount that the staff knows that its either 10% of 1 item or the whole bill (most places do off the bill). This is not a knock against the food at all, both times we enjoyed the food, it was good and the selection is what would be expected of any IHOP. I still rate this place 4 out of 5 stars and will come again as time permits.

We visited the IHOP in Monroe, NY on May 30th for my sons bday. The kids were so excited as they LOVE IHOP. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The service was terrible. Although there were several empty tables that just needed to be cleaned up, people were kept waiting in the waiting area. When we were finally seated, the waitress wasnt very friendly and seemed irritable. Everyone has a bad day now and then so we let it go. We waited a LONG time for our breakfast and when it arrived, it turned out the waitress got our orders wrong. We didnt want to wait longer to correct the order so we just kept whatever we got. We then ordered another orange juice and waited about 15 minutes for it to come out. As the waitress was on her way to another table, she slammed the glass of juice on our table without a word. It was so loud and unexpected that it startled us. Clearly, she was having a very bad day. The kids said they never want to come back there and IHOP was always their favorite restaurant. It was my second visit to this particular location and like the first visit, it was disappointing. There wont be a third visit. Management seems poor.

Amazing service! Very clean location and you can tell they do their best to keep on top of the cleanliness. Got our food fast, it was quite quiet, great server, and very kid friendly. I also loved that this IHOP had a great amount of space. When we were in Texas it was really crowded in our local IHOP. So this was a great change. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back with my little ones very soon for a mommy-sons breakfast date ☺

They had over 15 people in the waiting area and a whole section closed in the restaurant. When I asked to speak to the manager about what was happening he wasnt even close to being civil. Needless to say we wouldnt wait and I called corporate and made a complaint but never heard from anyone. I usually wouldnt care that much except that there were people that had been waiting 45 minutes or more and that really bothered me.

Food tasted good & the staff were very friendly. It did seem like they are still learning how to do things though. We had to take our soup to go because they didnt have any made for us to eat it before our meal. The sides couldve been a bit hotter & I didnt like that the fries I ordered for my 2 year old came with cayenne pepper on them. Well give them a few months to work out the kinks & then give it another try.

The waitress was as attentive as she could be with the overwhelming amount of tables she had to handle, the receptionist very sweet . The food was horrible, omelet overcooked, toast burnt, french toast drenched in artificial syrup not fresh fruit as shown pictured. The wait for the food was so long that we didnt want to wait to see if they would have corrected.

I was shopping at local Walmart , got hungry stop by at ihop love the Service as soon as I walked in I was greeted. And seated. The waitress was very attentive , gave excellent suggestions I order the breakfast sampler it was excellent . I can truly recommend this place everyone was on point . I look forward to coming again and again .

The food is good, and the staff here are very nice & friendly, but they are obviously overworked without the support they need to improve their skills and service. The time to order & wait for food is quite long. I would give 3 stars just for the staff, but it gets 2 because change is needed from a management side.

Servers in most restaurants USUALLY do this cool thing not too long after serving your food. It goes something like, "Is everything OK? Can I get you anything else?" Dont expect anything like that to happen here. Youll have a hard enough time being seated in a mostly empty place. Get it TOGETHER.

My boyfriend and I live in the Bronx and we go all the way upstate just to go to this IHOP! This is our favorite IHOP. The staff is very friendly and our orders are always good. This area is also very clean unlike some of the locations in the Bronx. I always recommend this IHOP to everyone.

We had a quiet late lunch on a Friday afternoon. The service was great and the food plentiful, thanks to our waitress. Though we were seated at first in a booth too small for 4 people (while the restaurant was nearly empty), all was made right once we placed the order.

Food was great waitress were great ...but came in at noon on a Monday morning and there was a 10 no. Wait and there was 20 tables empty...i have to wait 10 mins and there was so many tables open and cleaned ...i couldnt understand y we had to wait...way under staffed

Absolutely gross. Order spicy chicken sandwich that was saturated in sauce. Couldnt even puck up bun without it falling apart. My second time at this location and both times were gross. I gave them a second chance. I will never come back to this location.

I visit this Ihop with my Family one at week. We Love it, the food is consistently good, The Restaurant is Pleasent, Clean and Enjoyable. I Like all the Staff Because they make My Family and Me feel Welcome every time. Thank You for your Excellent Service.

Very nice iHOP. Clean with modern decor. Free wifi and electrical outlets at the bar counter which is a nice touch. There was no wait either. Service was great and our server Tony did a GREAT job making us feel comfortable. Will come back again.

You can always count on IHOP delivering the perfect stack of pancakes! Their omelettes are incredible too! This location is large, open, and has fast and professional service! You cant go wrong coming here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
