Open early and closes late, great for an early breakfast when youre getting off the night shift or just want some late-night waffle fries. Professional waiting staff are very accommodating if your meal isnt to your liking, and they are quick to top off your coffee. Huge menu to select from. Everything I have tried so far has been quite good. Great atmosphere, a true classic Jersey Dinner. Ive been going for over a decade now and they never leave me wanting.

I was searching the menu for something vegetarian to eat, and only found one dish. I was most confused because there was an "Authentic Angus Beef" icon next to the selection on the menu, and I had to question the waitress. A skimpy sandwich of tasteless vegetables and a slice of processed tasteless cheese. As if that werent enough, there was also a fly in it. So my vegetarian sandwich actually did in fact have a live animal in it.

Not sure what all the whining is about. If youre looking for a diner, this is it. If you havent figured out what to order at a diner, youre either twelve or incompetent. If you had bad service, youre probably a jerk because nobody is going to take your nonsense like they would at a place with finer food. They shouldnt take your bull there either. This is a diner. A very good one. It is what it is.

Uneven some offerings such as the Greek Salad, many of the wraps and burgers are quite good. Salmon entrees are often dry, over cooked and lacklustre. Veal is usually a very tough veal patty. But the kabobs are excellent! Your best bet is to ask the waitress whats good or for her take on what you want to order.

Very nice place, we have breakfast every Sunday here, the staff is friendly, the food comes to your table quickly, the portions are good and their prices are fare. We miss the lemon water that they use to bring to the table but...

Nice place, I had to meet up with a couple but they fell through. Overall, the staff were very friendly, they were thoughtful and never skipped a beat. You can tell the customers really enjoyed coming here.

I havent been to the Rustic since I was a teen hanging out with my cousins and her friends. I have to say, the place hasnt changed a bit. The food is good and the service friendly.

Pretty standard New Jersey diner with all day breakfast options, sandwiches, burgers and the like. Service was good and prices are reasonable. I would recommend the omelettes.
