I wish I could give this place zero stars. My family (my husband and I and 4 of our children) went there last night because we decided to try somewhere new. WORST DECISION EVER! The service was HORRIFIC! I have not experienced such poor service in a long time. It solidified, for us, the stigma carried by chain restaurants in that they have mediocre food and service. We were sitting for 50 minutes before we even had drinks brought to our table. The waiter was running around as though he was super busy, but the restaurant was not even 1/2 full. The food came out, 2 of my children loved their entrees, the other 4 of us that dined did not enjoy our food. My husband complained to the manager who offered no consideration or resolution to our complaints. We will NEVER dine there again and would never recommend this place, not even to our least favorite people.

Ordene para delivery 2 paisitas ,comida terrible, el arroz era el pegado De la olla ,Los chicharrones no estaban bien Fritos, Las yucas no se sentian frescas . Al manager asegurese de decirles a sus empleados que la gente no esta ordenando las sobras y para colmo cobran por el envio 5.00 No habia realizado que cobran delivery ya q todos en otros restaurants son gratis. Estan pasados

The worse restaurant you could dine in. Dont wate your money this people are rude, unsanitary, while being in the bathroom i witnessed several female employees not washing their hands after using the restroom. I got a stomach virus last time i ate there. I am wandering why? Now I understand why i got sick. The manager is rude and requested me and my family to move from our table to give the table to someone else that arrived 20 minutes after we were seating at the table. Dont go there....at all ...unless you want to het sick. I will also write a complaint with better business Bureau about their poor customer service. And I will contact the department of health about their unsanitary practice.

Horrible Customer Service!!! My sister had ordered empanadas de pollo, she ordered 12 they ended up being de carne. Next time we went everyone was just standing around talking it wasnt very busy. Me and my sister wanted to order food to go so while we waited we ordered an empanada. The waitress looked at us like we were stupid. After that they did not tell me that my food was ready so im sitting there waiting for my food and nobody tells me. I understand if it was busy but it wasnt. Horrible customer service. They need to treat there customers better. Hopefully they get some advice from the restaurant in montclair. They are courteous and know how to treat people.

Horrible customer service they dont care about the customer at all. I order 2 soups cause I am very sick and after not only charging me 5 dollars for delivery they took 2 hours to bring it only to have the wrong delivery and when I called they offered to bring me the right food but they were gonna charge me again for their mistake and the delivery to be honest this is not the first time they screw a delivery I just called again cause I had no choice, but honestly save your money this people are very mean on the phone and all they care is to take your money for very little service...

La atención es super pésima las meseras no te saludan como en otos lugares colombianos. Te sirven la comida no la vuelves haber solo cuando vas a pagar... el lomo de cerdo empanizado super quemados los platos y el arroz frio los mejores noches de Colombia están Elizabeth Secaucus y unión city.

It was good when it first opened, but now the service is pretty bad. My server was Hugo and Im convinced he left my food sitting in the back because when we were served the the meal was barely warm. It was also very dry from either being over-cooked, reheated, or from Hugo leaving it in the back. The chicharones were very dry and cold. The chorizo was also terribly dry. Hugo took our orders, delivered the food, and took our plates. It was the bare minimum a server could do. We used to love this place, I hope the ones in Hudson County dont follow the same path.

The manager is completely unprofessional he doesnt care that they constantly screw up orders. I picked up a take out order and looked at my receipt on the bag and it read the correct order, just to get home and open the bag to see a completely different order. When I called the manager his response was to drive all the way back or that he simply couldnt do anything about it. Out of curtesy for their mistake they couldve delivered the correct order. These people do not care at all about their customers. I will never ever come back to this restaurant

Well first off I feel that people who dont speak ENGLISH only are welcome. Was very uncomfortable. Paid 50 dollars for 2 meals wanted a nice steak and came out very small for its price. My friend was disappointed with the service. The women we had didnt speak English at all and didnt understand anything I said, I basically pointed at pictures to order. I asked for my steak med well and it came out rare. Horrible. I saw my waitress one time! I wont be returning to this location. I hope I can feel more welcome and enjoy this food somewhere else !!!

Horrible customer service!!! They brought a sofa out with a plastic cup inside it, when we complained, she said Im sorry but didnt even offer another drink. The manager is very rude and unprofessional claiming it wasnt his fault so why should the sofa be replaced? So whos fault is it? Who knows if the plastic cup inside was clean or dirty. The food is good but I have never seen such an unprofessional staff, yelling at the customer and making excuses rather than fixing the problem.

HORRIBLE PHONE AND ONLINE SERVICE, PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE, WAS CHARGED FOR IT AND 2 HOURS LATER STILL NO FOOD. TRY CALLING THEM GUESS WHAT? NO AMSWER. THE PHONE EITHER RINGS FOR 5 MONUTES WITH NO PICKUP AND HANGS UP ON YOU OR YOU RECIEVE A BUSY TONE FROM THEIR LINE. ILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN. SPARE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY, AND HUNGER AND ORDER FROM A PLACE THAT ACTUALLY CAN HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. Im an usual customer here, I went there with my friend, everything was a mess and they didnt charge properly the food. It was their mistake. Then they called me 3 times, accussing me and they asked me to go back and paid for their error!!! I didnt receive even an excuse from the waitress. Im not going back ever!!

Ordered delivery and got the wrong order, first it took a hour and a half, secondly it was cold, third the flavor was a 4 out of 10, and the customer service is terrible, i called back and told then the order was wrong and got put on hold for the longest period of time asif the hour and a half delivery wasnt enough. First and last time i waste my money here.
