We had dinner their 1st time this past Saturday night 7//18/15. Randomly picked by my wife. The service and food were great. She had Steak and I had Lobster. A little bit tight and small but very good food quality and all the staff were very professional. Definitely going back to Sakura as the pricing is very fair for the food quality and service rendered. Great little place ! Ciao

Fantastic sushi and presentation. It is BYO. Will the dining area and sushi bar are quite small, the decor is very contemporary/trendy. I cannot attest to the Japanese cuisine, but after one night at the sushi bar, I became a regular. If you are looking for good specialty roll, this is your spot. Waitstaff is very perky and polite. Cheers.

Although the food tasted good and was presented beautifully, the service was disappointing. My friends and I got there at 9 pm, an hour before it was supposed to close. The majority of our stay consisted of the waitresses watching us eat to see when we would finish. It continued throughout the entire meal, and was rather annoying.

The food was very good. The portions should be a little bit larger for then prices but its not too bad. The main problem I have with this place is the size. The tables are extremely close together. If you are seated in a center table you will be dining with strangers. I would eat here again.

Weve tried just about every sushi restaurant in Bergen County and Sakura is by far the best. They prepare each plate with orchids and other decorations, so not only is the food delicious, its aesthetically pleasing, too. Try the volcano roll if you like spicy tuna!

One of our favorite sushi spots in Bergen county. The atmosphere is clean and nice without being stuffy. The food is always delicious and fresh. I recommend ordering a bit less than usual since their signature rolls are bigger than others.
