This is if not the worst five guys it is the second worst. The customer service from Sara was atrocious and I quote " maybe you should go to McDonalds we are not fast food" when all I asked was if the $24.95 I was being asked to pay for (2) cheeseburgers and two fries was correct. Not to mention that the McDonalds small fries was a bigger portion. Good food isnt everything good service counts as well. I will never be returning to this establishment.

worst five guys we have ever been to .The young girl taking the order was not even paying attention .When you order a Vanilla shake then she asks WHAT FLAVOR ?They music blaring .It was not a concert we were at it was a restaurant!.One of the ketchup was empty .Place was not that clean .It was about 6 =630 on Friday .Not a good experience at all.We go to one in Florida all the time.It is great.

Pretty good for what it is. Fast food. The jalapenos come sliced raw. (Would be so much better pickled, or even sauteed.) Also the fake oily orange American cheese is the only option. Those are the things that could be improved. The rest is pretty well done + consistent each time.

I like this place, thought it is a bit noisy because all you can hear is the guys cooking the food on the sizzling grill, but some people like to see their food being made..I like how they have an outdoor area to eat, and their vegetarian options are limitless.

I would have given this 5 stars but the wait was very long and for the first time my meal was horrible. The fries were cold and sawgy and my burger didnt taste hot off the grill. My husband felt the same way.

Little pricey but worth it. If its 2 people only 1 needs to order fries cuz there are more than enough. But they are good! Also satellite radio provides nice background. Burgers are the best around

They make great fries but I can never seem to get a decent burger. The buns have been stale everytime I have been there, and the toppings just thrown in like your basic McDonalds burger.
