It was the worst meal i ever had at a restaurant. I can only imagine what could be crawling around in the back of this danky place. First when i walked in the door i was faced with this smell of spoilage like when something gets trapped under a fridge and starts rotting while the cooling fan wafts it out into the room? I agree with one of the posters about the salsa, a thick, pre-canned or cooked-like tomato chutney but definitely not a fresh salsa made with fresh tomatoes and cilantro. Ordered the fajita with rare steak and it arrived sizzling with 5 sliced pieces of dog food (medium well) slices of sirloin, a bit of shredded ice burgh lettuce, some awful beans, and peppers/onions which were the only acceptable part of the dish. Its times like this i wish i had the bravery to just push my plate to the server and say how terrible it was however she was such a good soul and gave such good service, it was the only reason i walked out with a smile. The food is a disaster and the way that place looks and smells inside i would bet the kitchen is festering up things which are counter to food sanitation. Not completely sure but all it takes is that first smell when you walk through the door which should be a tell tale sign of what youre in for.

I came here with my mother as it looked like a nice place to grab a bite. We get in the restaurant and are seated and have our drink order taken. The girl comes back while our drinks are being made to take our order, then she comes back with them and had to ask us if she already took our order... yes you did. We waited OVER AN HOUR and our food had still not come. People who arrived 20-30 minutes after us we noticed were getting there food. When we asked about our food, we were told "your ticket got lost" the food is coming. Well after over an hour of waiting enough is enough... how much longer would you like me to wait for my food honestly? It was not even that busy. We picked up our things to get ready to leave and my mother spoke with the manager who had nothing to say but "is there anything i can do for you?" YEAH, you could have gotten our food for us. Then they wanted us to wait more. Yeah, no thanks. WILL NOT be returning here. I also will not expect a response to this review seeing as only people who give them good reviews get responses. Do not waste your time here, go somewhere else.

Food is okay, had terrible experience for my mothers birthday. Ordered food, sat there and watched everyone around us get food and leave. 45 minutes later we asked how much longer our food would take, and come to find out our order was never put it. Our food didnt arrive until 1.5 hours after we were seated. They did take off 50% of our Bill which was nice. We also asked for them to sing my mother happy birthday as the do for everyone else. They said it wouldnt be a problem. Our waitress then pulled one of us aside and said they wouldnt be able to do this for her because they were too busy and didnt have the waitstaff available. 5 minutes later we heard them start singing happy birthday below us. (We were seated upstairs). Both drinks and food is mediocre at best, good place for college students to go to catch a quick buzz for not a lot of money but I would recommend spending a little more $$, and walk across the street to fireworks.

Great family restaurant, fun food, and tasty Margaritas. The service has been excellent, and the food is consistently tasty, if not exciting. The first time we brought our baby here they offered him a soft tortilla to play with while we waited. I was concerned about the mess, but I was the ONLY one. The staff are so accommodating, and kids love this menu. I can also always sub veggies for the fries on the kids menu, no charge. So many kids menus are just cheese, and fries. Here we get something more healthy and our son loves it!

Cant stand it. - Ive come here several times because of group affairs and I wont be back on my own. The service is very slow, the wait staff is very rude (all but like 1 bartender), Ive gotten cold food before, and its expensive for the food quality. I will say it is at least air conditioned, clean, and they have a pool table. I do like their coconut margaritas but thats about it.

We have been to Margaritas twice. I am not sure why. The food is not Mexican and it definitely is not good. I hate paying money for a meal that I could have easily cooked better myself. My wife and I each ordered a different meal but they tasted the same. On the bright side, the staff is friendly, the service is good, and the outside seating is nice.

Cheap drinks with cheap liquor, food that tastes like a TV dinner. If you want cheap well-drinks, this is the place. If you have never been to a Mexican restaurant, this is the place. If you want decent food go elsewhere. Challenge the manager to find the beef in a beef burrito that you ordered and listen to the excuses (great fun).

We went there around 3:00 on a Saturday. The food was OK but the place needs a new manager. Our waitress was bothered by us and not a help at all. When I went to the bathroom there were 5 tables with dishes on the tables not cleared and they had been a while. I will not go back leave it for students who just want to hang out.

I rarely give five stars but Margaritas checked all the right yes boxes. Great authentic atmosphere, absolutely delicious food, a very friendly wait staff and manager, and open later than a lot of the other places in the area. I really enjoyed my time here and will return next time I come to Keene. Well done! 100%.

Coming from the south west; the food is most certainly not authentic. Most everything had been over powered with cumin, and lacked in flavor else where. The salsa tasted like someone poured taco seasoning in it. The chips were probably the best part; they were perfectly done. Drinks are most certainly over priced.

Four stars because I really enjoy the ambiance here. I used to take delight in coming here when I was in college, but during my recent visit I realized that I can get the same dish (enchiladas) from Chilis for much less. Although this place hold some good memories; it wont be a regular spot for me.

Should have read the reviews first but ordered food waited for it and the price and the small amount i get was not worth it for sure. get more for the same from other places and my chimi had chicken and nothing else i have had better mexican food by far and will never eat here ever again,.

The waitress tried her best but not being too bright she forgot our appetizers and served our entrées directly. Fine! We did not need the extra calories lol ! We had to send back the drinks since they forgot to add lime in the margaritas which tasted like tequila on ice.
