Decent food hampered by terrible management. This pancheros is very badly run. Its not uncommon to find them lacking in one of the meats, or have the soda machine out of syrup. In the summer they dont run the AC so its miserably hot in there to enjoy a meal. A number of the employees there dont know how to make a good burrito, and a couple Im fairly certain could not even speak English. I started going here early 2016 after the beginning of the chiptole incident. My visit are very few and far between nowadays because Ive run out of patience trying to give these guys a chance. Suffice to say Im back at Chipotle for my burritos now.

Service was horrible, was after main lunch rush and only one person in front while other employees in back conversated. Soda syrups were empty, napkins and cups not stocked. Foods up front were not kept to an adequate quantity, so portions were below standard. Restaurant quality has gone down since I last visited. The food was the only redeeming feature keeping this from being a one star review. Even on a busy day at Chipotle or Moes you will get better and faster service. Customer service needs a major overhaul to compete with other food joints in area. This is a booming spot the store is in but yet doing poorly.

My roommate and I are big fans of Pancheros and often visit the location in Paramus, NJ. We were on our way back from Boston and decided to stop at this location for dinner. Sadly, the food was rather underwhelming compared to the Paramus location. Our biggest concerns were that the tortillas were not toasted enough, the rice was a bit undercooked, and the ingredients were not mixed up before folding into the burrito. This location has so much potential to do well, and we truly do hope they can turn it around and prepare the food a little better!

I normally eat at the Shelton CT location but I was driving home from Massachusetts and decided to stop here for dinner. I thought it was weird that at 6pm on a Friday it was empty- that should have been my first warning. There was no chicken ready and as the girl was grilling it- she stated- I know what that weird smell was, Marquis never cleaned the grill. The queso was cold, they didnt have hot salsa and when we began to eat, we bit into hard rock like things in our food. We threw our food away and left. Disgusting

Love this place, honestly out of all these little mexican places like chipotle, moes, this place kills them, flavors crazy, and the fresh made wraps just cant compare to any of them, they are like soft and chewy its awesome, definitely go with the chicken, good spot, underestimated, needs to get the name out more, all you here is chipotle and moes, they really arent that great

Delicious food, very polite service, clean and attractive decor. Only 2 problems: 1. The fountain was out of several sodas, and 2. they did not have all the menu items ready to go on the hot line, even though I got there well after opening time. I would go again.

Carnitas burrito with the handpressed tortilla - incredible. I would go out of my way to get one of these if I set my mind to it. Typical assembly line style BUT BEFORE THEY WRAP YOUR BURRITO they mix the insides with a spatula so that every bite is perfect.

Really great, fresh, food. Standard tex-mex fare. Its a happy medium between Moes and Chipotle. Also their tortillas are made fresh right when you order something, you cant beat that!

The guacamole is honestly one of the best! Fresh made burrito. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because its extremely muggy outside and felt muggy inside. Awesome food!

Terrible food! The parking lot wasnt even plowed and there was a foot of snow on it. Barley any meat in the burritos. Not worth going back!!!
