Tried a few different wing Flavors and the BBQ was good, the hot varieties arent too hot. I didnt try the atomic, however, that was the hottest. They were super busy and I got my order to go, fries were soggy or I would have gave them 5 stars, they offered to get some new ones but I was in a hurry. Its a wing place though, not "Fry stop". Probably a better dine in place if you like fries with your order. The honey mustard ranch were on point and a good compliment for the wings. I will load my belly there again.

If i could give 0 stars i would!!! Terrible everything. Wings were over cooked and drenched in the powder seasoning they use. Lemon pepper fries were like eating a salt lick. Threw everything away, called manager and she says she would tell the cook not to use so much seasoning next time. Didnt even offer me my money back. Told me if i brought the food back she would switch it out. No thank you. Will never eat there again. HORRIBLE SERVICE

We got the two eat for $12.99, we choose the Cajun and Hawaiian flavors, everything was so salty, the Cajun just seemed to have some regular flavor on it then they just added Cajun seasoning. Then the basket of Hawaiian was full with oil which was not drained. We could not even touch the fries because it was soooo salty. I will never go there again.

I went To this WingStop today and it was very bad!!! First of all the fries were very dry, and they didnt even have the special seasoning that they always have. The boneless wings were very dry as well and most of the flavor wasnt there. If you want chicken wings or good fries go to the wingstop on Mae ann!

Tried to call to ask about delivery but the first call no one answered, the second time I tried someone picked up the phone but did not say anything they must have just put the phone down because I could hear people talking in the background but they were not talking to me. No customer service literally!

Ive been here a few times for lunch in the afternoon and its always been a pretty good experience. The wait time for me has generally been around 15 minutes and its usually not super crowded. No matter what you get be sure to add a side of fries. Its the best thing on Wingstops menu.

This wingstop is amazing and the people that work their are great. When I go i get bbq/garlic parmesian?/lemon pepper. Depending on how hungry me and my buddy are we get 30 wings ten of each of those flavors! Be ready to get full on the best wings in Reno!!!

Pray you dont get the chubby little Mexican girl at the pay desk. Cussed and argued with me for having me pay for a wrong order and then telling me the right order wasnt there when it was sitting behind her. Decent wings horrible people

This is the best one, the reno ones make the wings jiggly like buffalo wild wings. Sometimes they take long but its only cuz everyone and their fn mom go at the exact same time! But its usually a 10 to 15 minute wait.

Good crunchy wings. Lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, and original hot are my favorite. Every time I order online, my order is correct and ready when I get there. Fries are good too
