On the rare occasion this Wing Stop doesnt mess up your order, they will come up with another unprofessional excuse not to perform any decent customer service. The staff is made up of a bunch of kids who are always slinging obscenities within clear audible range of customers. If you come in near (but still before) closing time they will sometimes tell you they already turned off their system or they dont accept orders within 20-30 minutes of closing. I understand there has to be a cut off somewhere, but when theyre clearly not working on an order and youre the only customer there, its unprofessional. When I had fast food jobs when I was a kid we always had to accept orders until our listed closing time. They have one of those new types of fountain machines that has dozens of choices... Well not theirs! No ginger ale or anything that Ive seen in other Wing Stops or locations with these machines. And most of the time all the non-soda drinks are out/unavailable. If youre a non-soda drinker like me, dont even bother wasting money on a drink here. In my most recent experience, one of the kids friends ordered a larger order after me but miraculously his was finished before mine. I wish there was a Wing Stop closer to my house so when I do feel like indulging myself I dont have to gamble my money at this one.

I ordered through online and came in, payed, and left with my order. i was with my friends and we were eating it.. then i received a call from them saying they wanted me to come back and bring back the food since it was the wrong order. i felt embarrassed that they would call me back saying they gave me the wrong order while i was eating it... haha pretty funny because I think the caller heard me munching and chewing on the food and she was asking me to bring it back in. I didnt really know what to do at this point, I told them that I was already eating it. I think they were angry at me but its not my fault. When my food was done, my last name was clearly said and I just got what was given to me. They shouldnt have called me back if it was clearly their fault. I wont be coming back to this location to save myself from the embarrassment since they know my face now. Overall though, the food was good, I just think they shouldnt have called me back if it was their fault.

Worst experience Ive ever had, on September 13, will be completing a complaint with better business bureau first thing tomorrow, called to get my money back or a gift card to take to another location and was offered less than what I initial spent. Ive never felt so disrespected. The owner needs to K iw his business is going down the drain and I will personally make sure to take this to the news and ever blogs for restruants in the central valley. The 30.00$ I spent is just a drop in the bucket for this company but my hard earned money Is valuable to me. This is not the end of the company hearing from me. The entire staff from, Melissa, Courtney, and Luis have dropped the ball . However Luis did apologize for everything once speaking with him but to be offered less than what I ordered is really a insult not an apologie Luis!

Just like the other recent reviews about this place...they cant seem to get out orders correctly!!! I wanted take out I stopped in yesterday afternoon to grab some wings. I specifically told the employee there what I wanted. I was rung up for something else. I was told the amount and what I thought I ordered was close to that amount and I thought nothing of it until I actually sat down and stared at my receipt while waiting. Im starting to think that they may need to have their hearing checked out. Plus, I was very dissatisfied with the overall taste. The wings lacked flavor...as if they rushed to get the order done because my wings tasted so plain!! Ive been to wingstop in other cities and this is my first wingstop Ive visited in Fresno. Hopefully the other locations are better in this city.

came here for lunch to pick up order i made online, had to wait for about 20 minutes to get my order even thou it was ready next to the cashier but she said i needed to wait for my turn. So whats the purpose of ordering online if their still going to make you wait???? finally when it was my turn to pay i handed the cashier a 100.00 dollar bill and she said we dont take 100 dollar bills or fifties.... I was already irritated for the wait and now she doesnt want my money do they know what a counterfit pen is??? I ended up leaving because i only happen to have cash a 100 and a 50 I will never return here again plus the employees were so dirty,, uniform and hats.

They are super slow. There is about 6 people working and it is still taking forever to get our order. I ordered my wings online about over 40 minutes ago and I barely got them. There was even people that ordered when they got here when I got here and got their food before me. The wings dont even taste as good as the other Wing Stop in Clovis. The Clovis are a lot faster at what they do and they even have less people working. Never coming to this one again

This place serves spicy wings but they never have Ice. Its not the employees fault, instead of making your wings on time, they have to keep getting the ice unstuck from the machine. This place is so cheap they cant afford an ice machine, they have to buy it by the bag from somewhere else. P.S. THEY WHERE OUT OF FORKS.....

If I could I would place a quarter of a star. The restroom was disgusting!!! Worst part was an employee was in there prior my entrance on her phone. The sink looked like someone vomited in it. The seat covers were all over the floor. My husband also stated the other restroom was just as dirty.

I love the place. Best wings in town. The employees are super nice and remember your name! They always get my wings done just how I like them. Miss some of the old employees but cant complain. They have all the flavors of soda too lol location is small but in a good way with a lot of TVs.

I asked for the classic wings, she repeated classic wings to me, got home and look in my bag and they are boneless, I was so upset I hadnt ate all day and was looking forward to some wings, threw the food away and the worst part was I called and they didnt want to do anything about it.

The food is great, but every time I go to this location they are horribly slow. Even when I order online and it tells me it will be ready in 20 minutes, I wait 20 minutes to go there, arrive and it still takes an additional 15 minutes to get your food.

Probably the best wings in the Fresno area. Lots of flavors and styles to chose from. You eat it there or you can order for takeout at the restaurant or via the web. Ive eaten there a few times and always came away knowing I would go back.
