I was so unhappy the food is great but the guy that was taking the orders is very rud he was also going to take someone else order first he new I was there I had to say something . I came in on 5/6/16 at 6:19pm he was also rud when I came in all I was doing is Reading the b and u looked at me rudely and told me Im still helping her. I was off to the side not even close to his register . His name is josh

I think the wings here taste the best in town but the girl that works in the front is totally rude. I was ordering my food & she kept rolling her eyes & sighing like I was such a burden. When my food was done she left it on the counter for at least 10 minutes while she was on her phone then finally called my name & it was already soggy. I was so upset because she couldnt even do her damn job.

Ordered online was told order would be done at a stated time. 25min past that time Im still waiting. The two people who came in after me and ordered at the store front got out sooner than I did. Horribly under staffed. Id complaine but it would fall on deaf ears....Just informed that I only have to wait another 10 min. Good thing the ordering online saved me so much time....

Chicken was cooked jus right... Was really happy to get the $20 boneless fix(20 Boneless Wings 4 Flavors 2 Regular Fries 2 Regular Drinks 2 Dip sauces)cause i got to pick 4 flavors of type of wings,potato salad & sweet potato fries Mango habanero,lemon pepper, parmesan garlic & Louisiana rub... If u love wings an boneless wing i highly recommend this place...

This was our first time going. We were not greeted. The person who took our order was rude and seemed like he wanted nothing to do with us. He told us it would take 25 minutes to get our food and we had to wait an hour. It wasnt even busy. I will never go there again.

Horrible service. Cashier in the front named Brooke seems drunk, kept getting my order wrong after repeating it multiple times. Then I wait 30 min and turns out they didnt even make my order. Had to wait another 30 min

If i could give 0 stars I would. I doubt the staff even have a high school diploma. BEWARE: When ordering online they will tell you they have no record of your transaction and charge you twice.

The food was delicious but the customer service was really bad. Tables were dirty we had to wipe then down ourselves. It was our first time there the cashier was very rude not friendly.

The made to order wings/strips are delicious, so are the seasoned fries. This is a fast food restaurant, but be advised to wait the time it takes for your food to cook, its worth it.

Wingstop makes for some of the tastiest chicken wings around - try their lemon-pepper or garlic-Parmesan! Theyre to die for! Serving time is usually around 15 minutes.
