They were rude as hell. Came in a group expecting good customer service and when we walked in got treated like we were a burden. They lady did not want to seat us or add us to a wait list or even check for a table then once we got to our table they were not wiped down and all still trash from the last group we had to seat ourselves because the ladies up front were playing on their phones then another employee got mad cause of where the chairs were placed. Then made us get up to and have us move the tables only for the chairs to be in the same place. And waited about 20 mins just for drinks to come out . This is for a party of 8 Then for one of the drinks to taste like something else was poured into it on purpose knowing that this girl can not have certain things. (KNOWS THE EMPLOYEE OUTSIDE OF WORK) WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AWFUL SERVICE

Worst service Ive experienced. Went to have dinner after waiting about 20 mins after being seated nobody came around to order drinks or food. When we finally asked for help they were trying to figure out who was gonna help us instead someone just helping us after a few mins we left while they were trying to figure it out. Wasnt that busy and workers just standing around. Super rude. Thank goodness for five guys next door was delicious. I recommend Five Guys for sure.

The only reason I gave it more than 1 star was because the food was at least good. The hostesses were rude. The waitress was inattentive. We saw her maybe two times. The food was SLOW! My husband asked for some silverware and none came for 10 minutes, so I had to get up and ask a hostess. I understand its not her job, but I asked politely and she definitely wasnt nice. Very disappointed in this BWW, I look forward to going back to my hometown to a better one!

Worst bar service!! I have been visiting from out of state and this bar tender actually refused service to a friend and I because our out of state I.Ds were "unacceptable, do you have a California I.D?" (It is actually illegal to carry 2 valid drivers licenses) I even had three credit cards in my wallet with a matching name, which he refused to even look at. I love Bw3s and will continue to be a great customer, just not at this location!

This is my hangout spot to bring tourists. (I want to keep the best local spots to myself. Check out Strummers in Fresno for that one) Its a corporate franchise so everything is constitant from a normal bbw. They have a full bar and plenty of big screen tvs for gametime. My wife wishes they would put purse hooks under the bar. It can get loud here at gametimes but if you want something familiar and reliable you cant go wrong.

Service was great, food and drinks were great as always, cleanliness could use some help. We sat in the patio area area and the tables and chairs we covered in stickiness and leftover food from previous customers, so much so that I didnt want to set my white purse on anything. There was food and garbage all over the patio floor and bugs attracted by the food. Probably sit inside next time, hopefully its in a cleaner condition.

Been 3 times and received marginal service 1 time, the other times it was just bad. 1 time we ordered a to-go meal when the check came and had to wait until well AFTER the to-go meal arrived to get the bill for it so we could leave. I could not believe they didnt bring the bill before or at least with the food. Who does that?? The other time I waited an eternity just to get a beer.

The host was completely unprepared. There were multiple tables open and we still had to wait 15-20 minutes. Plus, my one year olds chicken had WAY to much pepper on it. I like the chain but was unimpressed by this establishment. The one positive was the server was great.

The only thing that took so long was that our waiter had to do our check for us because the front desk cant. So we had to wait for him to finish with customers to pay. So, if you sit in the bar you will wait awhile to pay.

A wonderful environment great scenery has multiple televisions with multiple sports playing at one time they always celebrate peoples birthday good food great drinks lot of different beers on draft and good wait staff

Location was a little busy, came here for take out and it took 15-20 min just to get out food. For take out you would figure it would be faster. Location seem cleaned, and staff was okay. Overall average experience.
