My husband and i always frequent this restaurant with no complaints . When our family and friends come to town we bring them here with no complaints . Today , 7-25-17 , we came for lunch and he had liver and onions , i had a bacon cheese burger with mushrooms , first off our coffee cups were dirty with pink lipstick on them , cold coffee , server got an attitude when we told her the coffee was cold and the cups were dirty , My cheeseburger tasted like tuna fish , the pickles tasted like tuna fish , the mushrooms tasted like tuna fish , when we tried to get the servers attention they ignored us , but gave full attention to the other customers they had . I went to the front to inquire about about complaint cards , the Hostess was very nasty and had to think about if they had cards and replied that they didnt have any . What restaurant doesnt have comment cards ? We got to go containers for the food to take home for the dog , because at this time it was only good for her . We come here all the time and had only a couple of times with lipstick on the coffee cups . I started to call the Health Department on them , because cheeseburgers , pickles, mushrooms are not suppose to taste like tuna fish , and fresh coffee cups are not suppose to have pink lipstick on them , cause i dont wear lipstick . And the server were very rude and nasty , sad to say we had these servers before and they were normally nice and pleasant . Not today , they were only nice to their Hispanic customers , their own kind . I found it racist . I will never eat or patronize , or have my out of town friends and family patronize this place again . And , I am going to call the Health Department on this place , cause something was biting me , on my face and legs the whole time i was there , and we could not get anyones attention to address this situation either . This place is going down hill , i got home i had red bite bumps in my face and on my legs . But these bastards couldnt stop to address our concerns of this , Calling the Health Department , tomorrow on them .

This is clearly an old restaurant. But that isnt a problem nearly as much as the staff is minimal and not very attentive. I felt like I was being ignored. Then while perusing the menu at the very bottom it says "we use exclusively soybean oil for all of our cooking needs". Soy is cheap and it is also an allergen. There is NO alternative oil you can ask your food be cooked in. Not butter. Not olive oil. Nothing. Soy irritates the lining of my stomach (not to mention its not good for most people, but thats a rant I wont go into). But I was on my work lunch break and didnt have the time to find another place to eat so I ordered anyway. The eggs were mediocre. Pancakes were fluffy but unimpressive. The quality was similar to Dennys but cost about 2/3 more. Definitely would never come here again. They need to put their soy notification in big letters right in the front of the store so that people like me who are allergic to soy dont waste their time sitting and waiting to be served, or if they dont see the small warning in the menu, risk illness. I did get sick and I would hate for anyone else to have the same problem.

Eggs Benedict sucked. If youre a regular here and havent been here in a couple years or so dont waste your time or money. For 2 breakfast plates, 2 cups of coffee and 1 small cup of OJ it was a whopping $31!!! And the food quality was flat out garbage. They switched the menu and the ingredients. God awful! This used to be the best spot in Vegas to get homemade style breakfast served all day for cheap, now its just a slum lord rip off. Total turn off for this being something I bragged to my family about just to come back home to Vegas for it to be this trashy! Had to ask for my $3.09 OJ to be delivered to my table twice. Never brought my toast, wasnt told about the menu up charge of about $1.95 for jalapeños and waitress said that she isnt supposed to tell the customer about the up charge... What? What kind of customer service is that? Thank God she at least took the Benedict off the bill.

This is a mixed review. I have been coming here for years. As a 20 year resident of Las Vegas this place has been a stop. I have been coming here from the bad days to now off and on. I will say that the food quality has gone up and down. Today was the grubsteaker breakfast... dont waste your time on that one. The dinner version is better. The farmers omelet is worth your time many times over. The portions are generally good for the price. However, I have noticed since the revamp the prices have climbed. You will find very little on the menu less than $12.00. I still say come down and try it. Do not show up on sundays! Too busy. Late nights are great and through the week. The picture is the unflattering breakfast grubsteaker. It is not their poster child.

Its really sad because Ive been going here for almost 20 years and Ive recently seen the place go downhill. Im talking about cleanliness not food quality. This evening my husband and I went in hoping to enjoy a meal together but the table we sat on had a bug crawling on it... Well ok maybe a bug got in that can happen right? So we ask to be moved to another table. Now were sitting next to a window and Im a little skeptical after seeing one bug so I look around and the window sill is lined with dead bugs! Not just a couple but completely lined!!!! How it gets that covered and no one has cleaned it is disgusting.... Obviously there is an issue with bugs there and they dont even care to clean it up.... Sad... Wont be back! Lost a loyal customer!

I find the new advisory in the menu offensive and insulting. On the senior menu is printed "no sharing, please! My wife and I are both seniors and being older dont eat as much as we once did. Its our practice at times to order and split one meal between us. Since they arent putting extra food on the plate, why shouldnt my wife and I be allowed to split one order? There is no loss to Blueberry Hill as one plate is one plate no matter how you look at it. Perhaps they would prefer that we eat separately and at different times. Perhaps better yet would be not to patronize them at all. If this offensive and insensitive note is not removed and their policy changed I dont think well be going there any more.
