I have had dinner many times since 1989. Had dinner there for the last time tonight. Past two visits were about the same as tonight. I placed my order, found a table which was easy because it was slow. A waitress stopped by and took my reciept and said she would give it to my waitress. A short time later a waitress came to the table and was confused about my order. Finally she brings my meal and asks if I need anything else, I said my bread would be good. She brings it to me and I show her my steak which is supposed to be medium rare, except it is medium raw. She takes it and 3 min. later brings it back seared more on the outside but raw inside. I asked for a new one. In the mean time I eat my potato, bread, and shrimp, finish my drink. Then 15 min later another waitress brings me a new steak cooked just like the previous one. I told her I was unsatisfied but would eat it. She started to walk away and I said I would like more shrimp and drink. Oh okay... also I asked for steak sauce for the first piece of meat and never got it. She walked away and never brought it. The original waitress showed up and said oh someone brought you more shrimp and a drink, anything else...yes my steak sauce for my now cold piece of raw meat. Sizzler trademark is steak...how do you screw up two in a row. My waitress made the excuse that it was busy. Only about 1/3 of tables were used. Not once did a manager stop to see what the problem was. I dined by myself on a slow night. Poor service poor food. Sizzler just lost a long time customer.

The absolute WORST service and restaurant I have EVER been too. Where to start. First, we walk in were not greeted, walked up to the counter where the employees Dutch Bros drink and soda were just sitting. The girl up front was incredibly rude. second she charged us for a drink that we had to ask 3 times to get. Third, ordered a steak and fries. Steak was good, the fries on the other hand is were white, cold, and hard. Not cooked at all. Fourth, took us asking several times and waiting for a long while to get drinks refilled; And lastly, There were at least 4 tables that were dirty (glasses played silver wear napkins trash) that were not cleaned up from the time we walked in 8pm to the time we left 9:30 and several times saw the staff through the open back door just standing around doing absolutely nothing. I will drive the 20 minutes to the one in meridian from now on. Would be a 0 if it was an option

The food was good. The building and tables are showing their age, but its pretty clean and comfortable. Our server was friendly and very low key. A pretty relaxing meal. Was slow right at 11:30am but by noon the place was packed. We had the special but the salad bar looked good, has a taco bar and soup bar. Nothing was really bad at all, just nothing was great. A fly byzzing around the table, but it is fly season. This particular Sizzler is more of a mom and pops or grandma and grandpops place with regulars that come back because its comfortable and the food is good. Ok...except the toast. Its a little thing but the toast was borderline bad. All in all an average experience for the price.

THE WORST SERVICE I have ever had in a Sizzler. After being in the restaurant for almost 2 hours, we finally got offered a refill on our drinks. That was the ONLY time we ever got any service. I would understand, if the place was packed- which it was not. The food was definitely not what I was expecting from a Sizzler- much worse. While being seated, we were directed to three different dirty tables, and told that they would be cleaned in a bit. We saw that there were clean tables available, and when I asked about the available tables, I was told that they are out of the way... All in all- NEVER going back to this Sizzler again!

If it were a option,you would get a 0, dirty carpet, dirty dishes salad bar a mess, I was in there at 1:30 on a Saturday there were maybe 10 people eating. Horrible food that is not good every other place was slammed along the road.. they better get it together or there will be no more sizzler. As far as me, I will never go back into the dump.that carpet they have it has to be 20years or more. for the price you pay in there you could get a delish steak for less....... good luck if something dont chang there will be no more sizzler

I have used this restaurant many times before. Now I will wait till management is replaced. They are headed for failure. Today at 5:30 pm I found spaghetti noodle dry, dis colored, and dry, clam chowder had a thick dry topping over it, avacodos were discolored, beans at taco area were dry on top, toast arrived after we had finished eating. When I pointed this out to manager he was nonchalant this happens sometimes. This happens only under incompetent management. This management will fail, then replaced, then we can go back.

A girl at a table near us didnt have arms. From the elbow down, her arms were amputated. When the server delivered her food, she asked the server (who was obviously training a new employee as her name tag said shes been with sizzler since 2005) if she would be able to cut up her food for her. The server responded that they werent allowed to cut up food for customers. Something as simple as giving this woman access to the food she ordered apparently wasnt possible for this server. Absolutely terrible.

I spent almost 35 dollars and the service was VERY poor. We couldnt even get our waitresses attention to bring more drinks. When she did finally show up and we asked her for what we needed it took more then a half hour for her to even come back without our items. We then had to ask her again to please bring us what we asked for. After 20 minutes of waiting we just left. I will never visit that establishment again.

Great place, awesome salad, the only reason it didnt get 5 stars was because the fish has no flavor and the fries were cold. The shrimp is amazing, drinks were flat, service was awesome when they realized I didnt like the fish they gave me the choice to pick from something else. Check your silverware bc ours was dirty but they brought clean ones and apologized over and over.. Over all great place!!!

We went to dinner with Gramma an my cousin ordered sat, waitress threw are things on are table , made sure order was right, had major attitude, then when food finally came got another, an she was just as bad , meanwhile the other employees were sitting on the side laughing , first waitress never came back, never again, attitude is not in customer service

This sizzler can suck my ass the salad bar I thought would have a lot of food, and the food on the wall I thought would be special meals but I just got the salad bar and all it had was salad so I had to pay extra money for real food and it just wasted my time. And it takes forever to get a macaroni and cheese out... should take less then over 45 minutes
